Amy is so incredibly sweet and accommodating. She knocks it out of the park every time. Prices are reasonable. I drive half hour each way because she’s worth the trip.

I wish I could give this neg ⭐️., I booked appt about 2weeks ahead, get there and was taken care of quick to get toes painted french, I asked for acrylic on big toe to make it nice and square, the man (owner)that did them put acrylic but had no idea how to mold them do lady (wife/owner) came to fix and finish them, not happy with them at all. So for my hands I showed her a pic of a review, which is posted here with my pics, of some nice ones she did, she said ok . Once she placed the tips I mentioned they were shifted to side, she then says I’m not done. Ok, I just waited till she was done placing acrylic and filed. Then she asked if I liked them, I sincerely hated them and she kept filing the same side shifting them worse and hurting me with file. so I told her I hated the shape and asked if she can just file down which she said yes but they’ll be short. I said it was ok, little did I know she was just going to file them down had no shape side to side and where very thick , I asked her if she was going to fox she started trying and asked what color, I said French just like my toes. She said she did t have time to do color them French, while she was moving to other table where the man left a lady he started filing, so I just said I was not getting any color and left. They charged me for toes which was fine but for my nails that where the worst I’ve seen. I do nails to my friends and family but I wanted someone else to do mine since it’s more time consuming to do myself. Never again and I DONT recommend anyone to waste their time and $, I asked for detailed receipt and that’s what I got on left. Ended at Julia’s nails in Chicopee MA to get fixed. Added the fixed ones with French as last pic

Went in for a fill, she had done them previously well.
Asked for "the same as last time" also "as short as possible" due to working out after and not wanting to have them ripped off.
I went for a fill and color mind you. First they were much to short and the wrong shape. I was wavering on no color to just soak them off myself. The shape started improving so i and said to keep the color its fine. I was told "im too busy now" which was untrue because i made an appointment.
With that being said i was ready to leave with the nails being far from unfinished. Since she hadn't put much material or labor into doing this at the time. She said "fine, color" i sat back down. Upon finishing she had destroyed the nails so they were all uneven. I had burns from the file under my nauls aswell.
I payed the full fee anyway.
Please dont offer a service if you arent going to establish what your clients aants BEFORE starting. Very childlike ruining your own work because you're mad at a client.
First picture is right after 2nd and 3rd are day 2. They didnt do this at all the first time i had them done there.

Do not go here!! Girl working the front desk on 4/15 at 450pm proceeded to tell me shes charging me $15 extra to take gel polish off of my toes because i got it done at another salon, but it would be free if it was at her salon…? Then proceeded to continue taking my polish off without making sure id agree to pay more BEFOREHAND. I told her it make no sense- free to remove gel color to a customer who got it done at kimles but 15 for removing gel color that was applied elsewhere. Horrible customer service skills continued to claim it is a rule they have. I have been to many salons and have never heard of this rule. Nor do i believe it even is a rule. Ridiculous and unacceptable. Find better quality workers kimles!!Services: Acrylic nails

Has a sign that advertises walk-ins welcome. I went into this establishment for the first time, and nobody was in there. Once I ask for a service, she hesitates and tells me that she has an appointment coming in. Doesn’t tell me what time or anything. Doesn’t seem like walk ins are welcome. You already know beforehand that you have an appointment that’s going to come in, wouldn’t you mention that first before having someone ask questions about services?

Amy and her husband are great. Reasonably priced and nails last unlike other area salons whose nails start chipping or lifting in days! Highly recommend!
