If I could leave a 0 so stars I would.
I traveled from Massachusetts to the store to pick up an online order. The first time I ever entered this store. I walk in through the doors and since I am unfamiliar with the store, I looked to my left where I see a customer service desk. Silly me for thinking that I could ask a customer service question at the customer service desk. I attempted to ask the associate CENA, where was the Pick Up area as I had never been to the store before. She rudely interrupted me and directed me to align and said I needed to stand in line because there was only one line. I attempted to explain that I only had a question however she didn’t allow me to speak. Insisted that I head over to the Line. So then I asked for a manager. And lo and behold, KAYLA appears. My exact words were “ I attempted to ask this associate a question. as to where online Pick Up was, and she was very rude. Didn’t even allow me to ask the question.” Then as I continue, and I state that I don’t think she should be working at customer service, She said well you’re cutting everyone and you need to go to the line in order to be helped.” I need informed you that all I had was a question and That my intentions were not cut anyone. I just needed directions. KAYLA aka Karen was also rude. So I took it upon myself to ask for corporate’s number. She said that there is no corporate number. I told her that I had a customer service experience and that I know for a fact that I store like Kohl’s, in fact, has a corporate office Or some sort of customer. Kayla Then says well, that’s not necessary I just told you where to go. keila continue to raise her voice, which then let me to raise my voice. This was being done in front of the entire store. I felt embarrassed to even be apart of this situation but as a customer Who never intended to cut anyone who had never been in the store prior to this incident, Felt that I had to stand my ground. I felt disrespected. I felt like the customer service was My anxiety was through the roof as I am not a confrontational person. I do not recommend the store to anyone. CENA should not be in customer service and KAYLA should not be a manager. thank you to the wonderful associates that chimed in to help, And provided me with the corporate number. I’m glad that they also thought that Keila was out of line and that she handled the situation poorly. Her exact words” that’s should have not happened, I’m sorry that you had to go through this in front of the entire store. Also thank you to the associates who took my complaint over the phone. You women were a delight. However, I will never return to this location. I will also let everyone that I can know that this store has very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

A nice Kohls for sure but giving it 2 stars because I'm standing in line waiting to checkout with a massive headache due to the overbearing fragrance from Sephora. I would have spent more time shopping but I could not take it anymore! Seriously dial it back it's so unnecessary!

The new set up to return and to wait in line is ridiculous. I was waiting 5 minutes at customer service and I was rudely told I had to wait in the regular line to pay my bill. They wouldn’t let me pay at the customer service desk. That is poor customer service. The line wrapped around the store. I have to wait with returns and purchases to give you money? I’m considering not shipping here anymore. Kohls isn’t what it used to be 👎🏻👎🏻

The lines were long. Associate didn't know items was located. All clothing items wasn't a part of the sale for 30 off when using your card. No signs posted to let customers know.

Discounts are misleading and the name brand products never seem to be included, use amazon instead of kohls they use the ads to draw you in only to not allow coupon

This particular location has an extremely good flow about its layout. The departments are staged accordingly and they fall in place nicely. The new footprint here was thought through quite thoroughly. Hat's off to you all!
