I was not too sure about trading my jeer grand Cherokee in for one with less miles. In sales I dealt with David S. Nice guy.! The day I went to pick up the car, everything seemed to be fine. Drove off the lot. Got a few miles out and all of a sudden engine light came on! Drove back to Lia in Northampton very upset. Then I met Joseph Debuc service guy. I’m pretty sure he saw I was SO disappointed. My anxiety was high! Joe gave me a loaner to use until they could find what was wrong. It took a few days but thanks to Dave S and Joe all was fixed. And Dave S was my salesman. Keeping my fingers crossed that all is fixed, thanks to Joe D keeping my cat!

My daughter is a new driver and lives away from home for school. I am an overprotective parent (as I should be in todays world) and when she got a nail in her tire I went into Mom mode. I called around to find the closest Jeep dealer (we both drive a jeep because I trust them) and reached Andrea Charles at Lia. I told him the entire story, he was patient and kind and told me what to do. I sent my daughter to them the next morning, he was just as patient and kind in person (I know this first hand because I was on facetime with my child). They took care of the tire and put her mind at ease. It was a great life lesson as a new car owner for her but also for me. It showed me that there are still good, patient, honest and honorable people in the world and one of them is Andre who works at Lia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. If you need car service, go see him. :-)

Have you ever been to a place where the sales people will only talk to your husband or think of you/treat you differently because you’re unemployed and/or a stay at home mom? Well this is definitely NOT one of those places…I have nothing but high praise and good things to say about this place. Every time I either purchase a vehicle or bring my car to be serviced here, I am treated with the utmost respect and professionalism including from all the managers- Tony, Nick, Austin- and staff- Paul, Alex, Amber, and Andres. Everyone is always very helpful, friendly, and makes sure my needs are met in an efficient manner.
