I've had my CR-V for three years now. I always have it maintained by the Service Department at Lia Honda Enfield. As much as I appreciate the CR-V's reliability, I appreciate Jesse Robles' reliability equally. Whenever I have a question or concern with my car, Jesse is there. It's always good to see him when I come in for service. We discuss the car, my current driving needs (especially before and after the summer road trips), and budgetary concerns. From there he helps me make informed decisions about how to keep this car running for a long, long time. Lia is lucky to have him, as are his customers.

I've had 2 very positive experiences here! The first time I needed to fix my AC that was under warranty. I was able to get an appointment in less than a week & everything was repaired within a few hours. They're near a Starbucks & it was nice out so I walked there to wait until it was ready. I also got a valve adjustment & transmission fluid flush. Of course car maintenance is expensive, but it honestly wasn't as much as I thought it'd be at the dealership, it seems semi-competitively priced. The second time I came in I needed an oil change & my brakes looked at for a mysterious squeaking sound that Firestone tried to repair 3 times & failed. Took it to Honda once & it was done in a few hours. Turns out it was the brakes & Firestone just used cheap parts/misdiagnosed everything. I've learned I'll just go to the dealership from now on since it doesn't seem to be all that much more expensive than 3rd party auto shops & I'll happily pay even a couple extra hundred dollars to know that I'm getting original parts & service at a place that knows what they're doing to save me time in the long run. Jesse in the service department was extremely helpful both times & so was everyone else I interacted with at the dealership. Appointment availability is way better than the Manchester location, their speed to service the car was good & I feel confident that this location is truly doing their best job!

Just sharing an odd situation.2017 CRV was purchased from the dealer and diligently maintained.At 58k had the rear differential serviced as per tech recommendation. This dealer service included the use of a "Non Honda Diff Additive" as stated on the invoice.At 60k the differential developed issues and needs to be replaced. Repair quoted at $3,500.I understand parts do break. But at the same time the rear differential is a robust component that with proper maintenance should last the life of the vehicle.Perhaps the differential had a factory defect that allowed premature failure just outside the warranty period?But I also can't help being a little suspicious of the "Non Honda Diff Additive". Based on my reading these differentials are sensitive to anything but the proper Honda "Dual Pump Fluid II".In either case our Honda has not lived up to it's reputation for legendary reliability.

Third car through Lia Honda with every intention of returning. TroyC is our go to guy - awesome to work with. Let's be serious... nobody enjoys going to car dealerships but the traditional "car salesman" experience just doesn't happen here. No negatives in any part of the process - quick, efficient, fair and friendly. Highly recommend!

Jesse , the service representative was extremely knowledgeable, genuine, and followed up with me with any changes or anything that was going to move forward with getting my car fixed. I just super appreciate the fast and amazing service that I received there. I will not take my car anywhere else. Thank you so much.

We just bought a new Pilot from Lia in Enfield. We tried out their service department with our '08 Pilot first to get a feel for the place. After two scheduled service visits we were very happy with the work, the customer care guy, Greg, the quality of the repairs, and the overall condition of the car when it was returned to us. Because of this experience, we chose to look at Lia for our new car. We originally spoke with our sales agent Mary on the phone to let her know what we were looking for. After a few weeks, our desired configuration arrived and we immediately hooked up with her for a test drive. Being a significant purchase, we wanted to go slowly to be sure it was the right one at the right time. Mary was quite patient despite being really busy with end of the month hustling. When we were ready to take the plunge she was extremely accommodating and flexible. She really went all out to give us the best experience I have had buying a new car. I think we really made a friend and Lia has a customer for life thanks to Mary, Greg, Mike, and all of you who do such a great job. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Went in to upgrade my 10 year old Subaru to a Civic Hatchback Sport and was very happy with how everything went. My salesperson, Mary, was a pleasure to chat with and gave me all sorts of recommendations for things to do around the area since I just moved here. She also helped deal with the complicated logistics of registering a car from Connecticut in Massachusetts when I have a New York license. I absolutely adore the car and had a great experience with the dealership!

I had a great experience at Lia Honda. They beat the competitors by a significant amount and expeditiously got me into a vehicle that I love. The entire experience was nothing but positive and for the first time I left a car dealership not feeling like I was bilked. The employees were all amazing. I will never go anywhere else after this. Highly recommend.

Mary made our car buying process quick and easy! We came in with a very specific vision and she was quick to get us into the car for a test drive. She made sure to show us all of the car’s functions and answer any questions that we had. We weren’t sure if we would be able to get through the whole process in a night since we got there at 5, but between her and Michael in finance, they made it happen! I would definitely recommend for an easy car buying experience.
