Great flower selection with plenty of beautiful options to choose from. I found some coupons online, which was a nice bonus. The self-checkout made the experience quick and easy.

One of your worker’s needs to learn patience and gratitude during this holiday season. She wasn’t even on shift yet but I can assume shes going to be a grinch for the rest of her day, especially to one of her peers in the plaza. We all know the light and how many accidents go on on hazard ave now don’t we? Well not her - assuming. Same place same time. She puts a real great face to the company. I was going to go later for some holiday items and will no longer be!

If a store is going to lock up an item that's fine. At least make sure you have employees to answer when a customer presses the button for help. Ridiculous.

Went in there to see all the self service kiosks defunct. Tried to pay for my supplies, and was told they were only accepting cash. They promised they’d be able to put the items on hold, so I went back the next day, cash in hand. By the time I’d gotten home, I looked into the bag to find they’d forgotten a number of my items - absolutely ridiculous. This store single handedly reminded me why I pivoted to purchasing almost all my craft supplies online.

I had booked an art class for my two Girls. We received the reminder texts about the class and that it started at 2 pm. We arrived early. Class was canceled because it was not enough people. It’s not the first time that happens. My girls were disappointed ?

They are understaffed, much like most businesses. But the manager, Brian, arranged to work with me in framing. Haven't seen the results yet. But the experience was fun and informative. Brian took time to be sure my needs were met.

Neat and clean appearance with friendly staff. However, it is very common for items not to be in stock. I shop for paints and paintbrushes, and it is hit or miss. Sometimes, they'll go 6 months with empty counters and shelves, and their management doesn't seem to care. They used to stock plastic model kits, glue, and supplies, but no longer.
