Brought my daughter for a strep test which was deemed negative. Intake nurse was wonderful but NP was condescending and rushed. Ended up at a real doctor's the following morning as the very positive strep turned into pink eye in both eyes as well. Doctor said he had "no idea how they missed it." Huge waste of time and money. Won't be back.

I recently visited the CVS Minute Clinic with my children, and I couldn’t be more happy with the care we received. Nurse Krissy was incredibly kind and caring, making sure both my kids and I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The practitioner we saw was also very helpful, providing clear and thoughtful guidance during our visit. The combination of Krissy’s warm approach and the practitioner's expertise made the experience truly exceptional. I will definitely be back!

The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. Will go here instead of urgent care - who misdiagnosed me two days earlier.

I have been here twice, once for an infection, once for strep. To make a long story short I was told to come back when symptoms worsened.
Go to an urgent care, this place is a waist of time and money.

This has to be the worst minute clinic ever. Do not recommend. Not sure what they even do there but it isn't much.

I am extremely disappointed with the interaction I had today, I've been here a couple times and seen the same nurse practitioner was very comfortable and actually trusted her at that point, today I felt judged and brushed off, and to think one of the things I wanted to talk to her about today was recommending a primary care physician because I trusted her judgment and haven't been in the area long. (And I have a chronic breathing condition that needs to be dealt with) Now I'm grateful we never got to that point in the conversation.. not only will I never return here for myself I will make sure that I never recommend and anybody that brings it up to me I will let them know what awful service I received today if you don't want to help unhealthy people maybe you shouldn't be in the healthcare industry.

My parents recently visited minute clinic. Crissy was their Nurse. She is AMAZING. She helped out them with everything, My parents have language issue, but Crissy managed it so well and the whole process was so smooth. Love to see Nurses like Crissy.

printed out the free voucher for the free womens heart health screen, gave it to them and was confirmed that the screening was free, just received a bill for $139.00! Now I have to go through aggravation to remove this bill! How can this be helping my heart now

Super disappointed in the service. I’ve never given a one star review, but there’s a first time for everything. We walked in at 7:01 when they closed at 7:30. Were told they don’t take any appointments after 7:00 because “it takes 20 mins to check you in and it’s already 10 after”… as if we don’t have clocks on our phones that tell us otherwise. Then the attendant said let me check with the Dr. And they closed the door to discuss. Then told us they can’t get approved for OT and they’re in the process of closing so they can’t take us. But if you’re able to start appointments at 7 how are you already closing?Needless to say, they clearly wanted to get out of there and weren’t interested in helping.

Horrible service. Came in at 7pm with them closing at 7:30 and was turned away. Nurse was incredibly rude as well

When I arrived the check in terminal asked you not to use it if you think you have covid and although I wasn't there was that I still thought I was contagious. The nurses were in an exam room having a conversation and I decided to check in on the screen because I didn't want anyone to come in and end u in line ahead of me. I was only ten minutes late to my appointment but the woman called me in to send me away because I was late. Meanwhile the waiting area was empty I'm one of the only two people checked in and all I wanted was a strep test swab which takes a minute. The woman was just committed to the idea if you are late you don't get seen. Empty waiting room! Meanwhile I am there to avoid getting my family at home sick now I have to start over finding a place to get this test. This place is a let down and that woman is rude I wish I took her name. She should not be in a role that deals with people who are sick.

I had insurance issues and can say that the people I have dealt with here have been amazing things have gotten so hard and everyone is so overwhelmed and I understand that life today sucksI’ve been listened too about my pre existing conditions and treatment was given based on what I already knew about my medical history it’s unfortunate that in America we need to result to going to cvs to get basic medical but I’m happy with outcome

Went there on Jan 7th for a COVID Tests needed for travel. Was told it was 24hrs - to a Max of 48hrs for results. End of my 3rd day and still waiting. If it's going to take 5 days, tell me 5 days up front and I will go someplace else. Do not go here! Probably going to have to cancel the trip.

Was lucky enough to have a visit with Syrma Middlebrook, NP. *she was wonderful* I can’t speak much to the clinic itself, but I feel lucky to have had her help in a time of need. She even came to find my husband and I outside to offer us better masks for our trip to the ER. Kindness, professionalism and knowledge were beyond prevalent. Thank you Syrma!
