I came to this location to return some school pants for my son and Reid and Zoe were the absolute best. They went above and behind helping me find the right size for my returns despite the other employee I asked for help and she literally said there’s none with a pile of the sizes I needed right in front of her. Wish I would’ve caught her name but big THANK YOU to Team lead Reid and cashier Zoe for your help during these crazy school shopping times. Appreciate workers who actually help!

I worked at this store for years until management changed recently. I had no complaints prior, but new management has troubling attitude problems. Communicating professionally is a huge obstacle for some employers. I wouldn’t recommend working here unless you’d like to be miserable with them. Sadly customer experience has suffered as well, and eye sores as pictured below have become more frequent. This mess was left out with management’s knowledge for customers to see while the store was open just recently, and was not resolved quick enough to avoid drawing attention. There is a very high degree of carelessness from members of management that has caused the store to go downhill.

I had a terrible experience doing an in-store return yesterday. I purchased clothing online with my Old Navy card and had my e-receipt email handy. I have returned/exchanges online purchases before and everything has always been so smooth except for yesterday. Even though I had my receipt and my Old Navy card, the associate asked for my social security number, my phone number, and had to see my ID. Why did I have to give all that information when I had my receipt and the tags were still on the clothes? A social security number is sensitive information and should not be given for a $40 return. It made me feel like a criminal!!!! Very unsettling as this has NEVER happened before.
