We reached out to OnPoint Connections to upgrade the sound system in our vehicle. We purchased a new head unit and speakers, a remote starter, Weathertech floor liners, and window tint, for a total cost of just under $3,000. We noticed that the sound quality of the new speakers was extremely poor when we picked up the vehicle, so we returned it to OnPoint to have everything checked. They adjusted some settings and said we were good to go. However the sound quality was still very poor. The speakers sounded extremely shrill, and were almost impossible to listen too. We reached out to OnPoint again, and the solution they recommended was to install an amplifier and subwoofer for an additional $975. When we originally quoted this job, we had asked if an amplifier was recommended and we were told it was not. Had we known an amplifier was required before starting this project, we would have chosen to remove some of the other options to save on cost. If we add the cost of the amplifier and subwoofer, the total cost for this project would now be almost $4,000. I'm honestly not sure how they could have sent this vehicle out of their shop with the speakers sounding as bad as they did. We reached out to another audio shop for a second opinion. They said a subwoofer was likely not necessary, and that they could install an amplifier for $450. They also checked to make sure all of the speakers were wired correctly, which OnPoint did not do when we returned the vehicle to them. OnPoint had also left the USB cable for the head unit dangling out of a storage cubby, so the second shop installed a flush mount for the cable and hid the extra wire behind the dash for a much nicer install. They also said we were overcharged for a steering wheel control module that was not needed. Reached out to Onpoint to try to come to a solution and they were not willing to work with us at all.

The name says it all onpoint and that’s how there work is and I’m super picky when it comes to my C6 Corvette they tinted the windows and they came out flawless especially the back window also upgraded the sound system with wireless car play, reverse camera and usb and c outlets.
The quality of the workmanship is top notch. The best part is the great prices !!!!!!

They did a good job with the window tinting. It was done timely and I have had no problems. The only negative is that they left some of the solution they use to put on the tint on the windows and the car, so I had to "clean up" after them.

I had the head unit of my 2011 Ford Escape replaced with a screen with android auto. Additionally I was told they must replace the cigarette lighter with a USB hub, presumably to connect to the unit.
Work was done quickly and at a reasonable price. The only gripe that I have is that the power source of the USB hub was connected directly to the Radio instead of a feed from the car battery. My understanding of USB wiring is that there are 4 wires (Power, Ground, Data, and backup data), so I'm not sure why they were unable to utilize the car battery as a power source instead of the radio, while still connecting the data lines to the stereo. This isn't really difficult to do with something like LED lighting, so I'm not sure why it wasn't possible to do here...
The result is that it's next to useless now for charging your phone. I would have rather kept the cigarette lighter slot.

I've had my windows tinted as well as my weathertech bug guard installed along with other inquires. On Point is very responsive looked up and got back to me on my inquiry regarding another install to better suggest and lead me to the item I was looking for. Their work is phenomenal I highly recommend!

Craig and his team did an amazing job! I am beyond happy with the end result and they were able to finish the job fairly quickly with a reasonable price! The shop makes you feel valued and comfortable, and all of the workers are very hard working. Craig did an amazing job communicating throughout the process and I am so glad that I chose this place for my bike to get wrapped and get under glow installed. I will definitely be coming back for future services! The pups at the shop make it all the better as well:)
