Located at 25 Hazard Ave in Enfield, the store offers a wide range of brand-name pet nutrition products and supplies for various animals, including dogs, cats, birds, small pets, fish, and reptiles. Customers appreciate the friendly and caring staff, who provide valuable assistance while shopping. However, some customers have noted issues, such as a distinct animal smell in the store and dissatisfaction with grooming services, which they felt were not worth the cost. Despite these concerns, the level of customer service is often highlighted, with staff going above and beyond to resolve issues, such as holding items for returns. The store's commitment to the well-being of live animals is also praised, demonstrating that they prioritize animal care alongside customer needs. Overall, Petco strives to create a positive shopping experience for pet owners while maintaining a focus on pet health and wellness.
I signed up for there dog training classes. It was pretty good and fun. It took a long time but I can let rover off the leash, not near traffic though. They have a lot of dog stuff.
