Plato's Closet is a clean, well-organized, and neat store, not cluttered like a typical thrift store. Many find it the nicest in the area. The staff and employees are consistently described as friendly, helpful, kind, and able to give prompt responses. The process to sell clothes is fast, and sellers receive a fair price, though experiences can vary. For selling, it is preferred and helpful to bring items neatly folded in a plastic or Rubbermaid bin. As a buyer, it is a treasure hunt where you can find great clothes, great deals, and good brands like Athleta and Lululemon, sometimes in brand-new condition. Prices are viewed as very reasonable by some, though others note they can vary, seem slightly expensive compared to other locations, or may not always reflect an item's wear. The inventory includes a mix, with some lower-quality items alongside nice stuff. Shoppers should note the store does not provide shopping bags or baskets, so planning to bring your own is recommended. Overall, many have a seamless experience and find lots of neat items, recommending others give this place a try.
These girls lack basic customer service skills and were kinda rude (especially the brunette at the register). It’s not worth the 10-20 bucks that they’re going to offer… don’t bother

Being polite and friendly goes a long way in customer service - two things that are lacking here
