I can't stress highly enough the fact that if you rent here for longer than 6 months, your monthly payment will double. If you rent for longer than a year, it will triple. I rented my 10x10 for $75/mo, and am now paying $245/mo. Long story short, if you are renting for 6 months or less, go for it. If you're looking to store for longer, RUN.
ALSO - my whole unit, and everything in it, is covered in mouse feces. The insurance you pay for monthly will give you a $250 payment if you submit mountains of paperwork.

I have been a customer since 2016. I have nothing good to say about this location. The rates are increased every year for no reason. My storage space hasn't gotten bigger. The facility isn't any better. They installed sensor lighting that goes off while inside your unit. You have to walk the hallways to get lights to turn back on. I'm looking for better options to move my unit out of this location and company. I wouldn't recommend this place to a dead body. Absolutely horrible place to deal with. Over $200 a month on an indoor 10x10 space. Robbery at its finest..
