The technician at this visit was incredibly nice, thorough and accommodating. Definitely the best experience I have had at a blood draw. She made sure the two requests I had did not have any overlapping tests. She went over the cost. And, most importantly, when she noticed the size of the draw, she offered to take me to another room and let me lay down. Then she talked to me during the draw to try to take my mind off the amount of blood drawn.

Wait time is horrible and even if you come to your appointment early you will have to wait 30+ minutes

If you're going to make scheduling online appointments available then you need to limit the amount of walk-ins and/or add more staff. People should not have to wait more than 30 minutes for their scheduled appointment in a cramped waiting area.

Three employees were able to see a total of 3 patients in half an hour. Call and casual, meanwhile my treatment is being cancelled because they couldn’t get me in.

Not cordial at all.
You are greeted with a kiosk. You better have your id, ins. card, a cell phone, maybe an appt. Walk-in, you will have to wait. Came in 9:15am. Had three appts set up9 am, 10:10 and 11:05. Did not hAve phone to put code in. So I had no choice but to be a walk in. The appt. was for husband and he does not have a cellphone. There is no one there to listen. Tried to ask staff for help. They do not even look anyone in the eye except the next person to be waited on. After a long long wait after 12 noon, he was seen. Told staff what happened, and she said oh well, that (appt) time has past. It is frustrating, not being heard. Husband just had surgery two weeks ago, cannot eat until lab work is done or take his medicine.

I was pleasantly surprised. I went in thinking there would be a long wait but I was seen 10 minutes before my appointment time. I have terrible veins and Adrienne was wonderful. No problems at all. Thank you!

Best quest ever. It’s very clean, the wait is short if you make an appointment ahead of time, and the phlebotomists are lovely!

I happen to have to visit quest in enfield al lot, woth a daughter with a chronic illness. While I have me a couple super nice phlebotomists, the majority are so rude. I will be looking for an alternative.

The blood technician was excellent!
