Wow, this location is either seriously understaffed or they've hired the wrong team. I have never, ever been able to reach anyone by telephone. Sit on hold for several minutes and then they pick up the line and immediately disconnect.

Not enough staff????Waited 30 min for manager Jon to help me. I understand he was helping someone to choose some computer staff or something, but the cashier told him, I needed him only for a minute to give me gift cards fom the back room....nope ...i just waited. Was it that hard to excuse other customer for a minute? Finally, he came, no apology or anything for the wait...my transaction didn't even take 2 min. Thanks Jon.

Worse customer service ever they couldn't or even weren't allowed to even at least help me use the fax so basically if I had made mistakes I have to pay for oh next time won't be a next time that's why I don't shop here worse place ever and to fax is expensive

UPDATE: Jon would not help me find batteries. He pointed to a rack and told me no one was available to help me find the lithium battery I was looking for. Also they were priced with two different prices. Why does Jon still have a job????
How dare you threaten to call the police on 3 elders in their 80’s who are paying customers! They were simply trying to choose the right product since you weren’t willing to help them, they needed to take a seat since they are disabled. Absolutely unacceptable. You are living scum. If I was there when this happened, I would have called corporate on you so you’d ALL lose your jobs. I hope you lose sleep at night

The customer service 0/10 the manager and cashier are a disgrace to this town and company. So appalled at how the cops were threatened on people in their 80s like ?! Those two need to be fired and name tags should be mandatory after this

Staples corporate needs to have a look into how their staff is treating customers. Being disgustingly rude to an elderly couple is unacceptable, and then refusing to give the actual corporate number and when asked for a name the cashier replies with "I don't have a name". I will never shop in this store again. Staples needs to reach out and ensure that this manager and cashier have both been fired.

The enfield ct location usually is a decent store, however learned how the manager Jon treated elderly customers is distasteful and staples should maybe do some restructuring in their staffing! So rude and distasteful and disrespectful

Jon and a female cashier who apparently "doesn't have a name" was very rude to an elderly couple. They saw someone they know which Jon then yells, "this is not a gathering place you need to leave or I'll call the police." The older lady clearly had things in her hand to purchase so wasn't like some young teens loitering. As the lady went to purchase the girl at the counter threw them in the trash til the older lady asked for corporates number which Jon then gave her a random Phillipines number. Idk if this is how ppl treat elderly these days but him and the girl cashier need to go til they can learn how to properly and respectfully work with the public.

The fact an elderly woman was threatened BY THE MANAGER JON, to have the cops called on her for talking to someone else in the store because they knew eachother and she took a seat in a chair while browsing your million planner options, she’s 80 years old, SHE CAN TAKE A SEAT FOR A MINUTE WHIKE SHE BROWSES, and then was denied her products, denied corporates number and given a fake number, and then when she asks for the cashiers name who wasn’t going to cash her out her items at first she has the nerve to say “I don’t have a name”. All of this is discrimination against the elderly. I’m DISGUSTED by the behavior of the “staff” at this store. We’re making sure everyone knows about this and we’ll never be going back. Jon and “no name” need to be fired for being so disrespectfully rude to paying customers that did NOTHING wrong.
