They do have great deals IF YOU’RE A MEMBER but when I want to customer’s service the lady looked up at me huff and buffed because she had to do extra work to sign me in….. I was amazed she was truly that rude to a new customer worth it being a member wow wow you but way more…. Will not be going there again… and I will tell you the same… If that how they acted to me in my first visit wow will they be once they do make you a member… oh wait if they want to make you a member wow

Rude attendant at the gas station. She came out yelling at me and swinging her stupid finger cause I turned around to reach my gas tank; All the other pumps were full. The "One Way" signs are all posted on the other side so how was I supposed to know? I left without buying gas and I'm Never shopping at Stop&Shop again!

On the 11th of this month, I went in at 8:40pm to grad cold cuts. I did this because whenever I go around this time to Big Y (they close at 9pm) they give me issues telling me they are trying to close down the cold cut area before 9pm. I saw Stop and Shop was open until 10pm so I went there thinking 8:40pm was plenty early enough. I get to the cold cut counter and there is one slicing machine still open and a sign that says hours of operation until 9pm.
I ask for some assistance and the worker suggests I pick from the pre sliced options in the cooler. I let her know I want fresh cold cuts. She says "Well now I'll have to plug in my slicer but okay we want you happy." She then proceeds to lecture me that they need to change the sign to 8:30pm for a closing time and that 8:40pm is the time they start closing things down and that maybe I should call ahead next time. Call ahead for 1 lb of roast beef and 1/2 lb of cheese? Seriously? So I guess past 8pm no grocery store in Enfield wants to do their job in the cold cut department. There's a reason I'm needing these so late, I work all the time. If you can't serve me cold cuts until 9pm don't say you're open until 9pm! Everyone is so concerned with getting out on time instead of serving their customers.
Its frustrating that I can't get service during hours of operation or if I do I'm made to feel uncomfortable about doing so.

The kid who works at the fuel station needs a attitude adjustment. I asked him how he was doing and ignored me gave him my stop and shop card and he snatched it out of my hand with his huffy puffy attitude then snatched the money out of my hand then flung my stop and shop card in the slot. I said thank you and again ignored me, i told him needs to drop his attitude especially when I wasn’t the slightest bit rude to him! If he doesn’t like his job maybe he should find a new one!

Very clean grocery store. Love stop&shops hamburger, great for grilling.

It's a grocery store. Mid grade & generic products. Couldn't find things from stonewall kitchen & others which means I need to go to another store to complete my shopping. Store was clean though. Absolutely no one to answer a question on the floor.

It's a good store. There's some typical store brands I like, they're especially good when it comes to prices. I've been a special ed teacher for 40 years and the prices are low and perfect for making ends meet on a teacher's salary.
