If you are a woman-bring a man with you to this establishment !! If I could give a zero star rating I would. I stopped in here on a Saturday morning(alone!) to get my vin validated so that I can register my car. The guy behind the counter had a horrible attitude from the moment I walked in. He was condescending, unpleasant, seemed annoyed that I just stopped in to get a vin validation and gaslit me into getting an inspection(more money). Absolutely horrible service! I am not sure what was going on with the guy behind the counter but the impression I got from him is that he does not respect women. I really believe if i had a man with me, his attitude would have been different. Never again will I come here for service and i will make sure everyone knows about the awful my experience was here.

Great service. Brought my Acadia in for issue with traction control light and stable link track light, they replaced sensor one day, problem happened again next day, they test a new sensor and found it was something with computer they couldn't fix so they replaced my old part and reimbursed me my money and suggested dealership due to computer problem. Honestly couldn't be happier that I didn't get charged for diagnostic or labor. I'm very grateful and appreciative.

I’m thrilled to share my fantastic experience with Suburban Tire & Auto. As a woman who has often felt taken advantage of by other car dealerships, finding a trustworthy service center is a breath of fresh air. I was referred to them through the Costco service program, and from that point on, every interaction has been nothing short of wonderful.
Terry, the manager, truly stands out with his helpful and knowledgeable approach. He took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured I felt confident and cared for throughout my visit. I genuinely trust the team at Suburban Tire & Auto, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and respectful auto service experience.

I’ve been a customer since I left the automotive industry. I don’t have the time or energy for wrenching anymore, and this is one of the only places I trust. They’ve been around as long as I’ve been alive, and they have good techs. They do great work, and they’re honest. I also always get my vehicle back in a very reasonable amount of time, usually quicker than expected. They just seem well staffed, and I can tell that the techs are knowledgeable, and that they care about doing things properly.

Terry the manager was able to help me out in efficient time to patch a tire, let me come in at 5:10 when they were closing at 5:30. Super considerate and helpful, reasonable pricing as well. Highly recommend going here for all tire needs if you are in the area!

Just stopped in for an Emissions test. The young man behind the counter was very courteous and the service was quite fast, maybe 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend this service center.

Had a flat,unfortunately the tire was not repairable!
They were able to get a new one the same day.
Left the rim and tire at shop. They mounted the new one and balanced it before they called me to come back. They installed it and even put the spare tire back under the truck. They were careful with the rim and did not damage it.The truck is a 2021 and has no curb rash. I’m glad l came here.
Would recommend.

4/30/2024 A+ service! Great people!
It was time for a new set of tires, a headlight, and likely a brake job of some sort. Bryan and Terry hooked me right up! They patiently listened to my concerns, made suggestions that matched them, and went over what the costs would be depending on actual needs as the car was being serviced. I understood clearly and agreed on a plan of action. I was kept informed, and it turned out that the total came to the lowest end of the estimate range because the car didn’t need the other services after all. Now that’s honesty. My car rides smoothly and safely, and I’m ready to go on several longer road trips coming up.
I’m very confident in the good, honest, kind people at Suburban Tire & Auto, and will be returning for other car needs as they arise. I’m equally confident in recommending them to family, friends, and those who look at reviews.
Emissions: (2023, 2024)
Been here 3x for emissions tests, and I highly recommend them. They are QUICK at Suburban. And they’re really nice guys. Coming back for tires in the future!

My truck wouldn’t start this morning, and I suspected the battery was worn out. I called Suburban Tire at 8:30 on a Saturday morning and asked if there was anyway they could help me today. They said bring it in and we’ll see what we can do. Within an hour, they checked my truck and confirmed the battery was bad and replaced it and sent me on my way! I had a great service experience and will go back again soon.
