I've been banking here for over 20 years. Friendly, helpful staff who (for the most part) recognize you and know your name, though there has been a bit more turnover lately due to retirements. Keep an eye on your checking balance. They're quick to hit you with overdraft fees which can really add up quickly.

At first I never actually build any interest on this Binary/Forex trading of a thing but when I later gave it a try with the Help of this wonderful Expert Trader Rachael wacker, it was a successful trade for me. Do not use this bank! They do not care about you as a customer and only care about money. I have had multiple problems with this bank but the most recent and worst thing that happened finally made me want to write this. Also after seeing a post of similar nature I knew the employees don't have your best interest in mind and only care about putting as many fines/fees as possible on your account. I had a company that kept trying to charge my account after telling both the bank and the company I don't want it charged on that account and was using a different banking institution I use. The bank let the company keep trying to charge it over and over so many times to where I was paying more to the bank in fees then I was for the actual charge. When I called to try and work it out with the bank I spoke to multiple people and no one would listen or want to help me (they were souless). I have banked with other institutions that were so much better in thess situations and wasn't trying to bleed me dry in fines/fees. Unfortunately ACU is in another state across the country so it's hard to use it for all my banking needs. BOTTOM LINE: avoid this bank I promise it will save you so much hardache and money.

COVID separates the businesses worth supporting from those that are not. This is when a business tells you who they really are, Some will look out for the community/neighbors they make money off during the COVID pandemic and others won’t...I would NOT recommend anyone to get a loan or do business here.

Staff is friendly but their banking is antiquated even for a credit union. During the pandemic had a late payment submitted and they wasted no time in reporting to the credit bureau—which by the way is an elected choice made by banking institutions to do it is NOT a requirement. They CHOSE this. Shame on us for a moment of struggle. Thanks for the support guys, thanks.

I've lost several cards or had fraud on our account. So my only complaint is that I have to drive here which isn't close to our house to deposit checks, and when I need a card I have to come here to sign papers and pay a 10.00 fee for a new card. Other large banks don't make you do that. Then you have to wait 7-10 days to get your new card, they don't give you a temporary card in the meantime. Otherwise the staff is very friendly, and the drive thru is always quick!

I've been a satisfied member since 1999. Customer service has always been top notch! It would be great to have the option to deposit checks by taking a picture of it and uploading it to the bank. Anything to take current with the competitors would be awesome.
