If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! This is my second time using UPack. We ended up needing an extra pod last minute and they delivered same day. They were picked up a day later than planned (due to us needing the extra pod) and they were still delivered a day early. Everyone we dealt with from those on the phone to the drivers were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again!

Never again will I work with this company to move. I thought I was going to save with them but they instead ended up charging me more. I requested for a cube they talked me into getting a trailer which costed more. I asked them if it was going to be extra charge they said no. I wish I had gotten a Uhual I would’ve save 2000.

This is the second time we've used U-Pack for a cross-country move and both times we found it to be a great value. In our specific situation, the loading and unloading is the least stressful part of the moving process, so having a trailer dropped off to our home is just right. The people we worked with on both ends of our move were incredibly helpful and professional.I would recommend this service to anyone.

U-Pack to move three households over 900 miles using the trailers and Relo Qubes. Would defiantly recommend this company.

Amazing service. I moved from Oklahoma to Connecticut and I got the relo cube delivered on time and the best part was I could track my shipment throughout its journey. The shipment was supposed to take 9 days but it exceeded the expectation by arriving 5 days early. I will recommend U-Pack to everyone

They save me the hassle of driving.My overall experience with them exceed my expectation.I was quoted online, and was able to work on a price within my budget.Dynamic Doug was awesome! Explained the whole process very well and thoroughly. Pick up and drop off was fast, they are flexible and will work with your schedule. My items arrive to me safe, nothing was damage in the process. I will use them in the future and would recommend them.

Stellar experience with U-Pack. Customer service was excellent, and both the drop off and pick up were on time. The drivers we dealt with were incredibly friendly and helpful in explaining how to work the ramp, the doors, the bulkheads, etc. We would certainly recommend U-Pack to anyone looking for a moving company!

Stop looking for pod / moving companies !! You are here and U-Pack is the absolute best. They will guide you through your move over the phone. When the truck drops off your ReloCube, she/he will give packing explanations. Then follow the journey of your ReloCube on line. Then just unload your ReloCube. We moved from CT ago AZ, there were zero problems with U-Pack. All U- Pack employees were so polite and very informative.

best bang for the buck.way cheaper than pods as long as you can fill the trailer in a few days.faster pickup faster delivery better price .what more can I say. the only drawback is the ramp since it is a tractor trailer but more incline exercise .

I don't have enough good things to say about my U-Pack experience. I was shipping a ReloCube from CT to UT. U-Pack was easy to communicate with and on-time for everything. Shout out to Dynamite Doug for all the help! I scheduled my ReloCube the night before I received it. At 8am the next morning, my empty ReloCube appeared. I had time to properly package and store my belongings before it was picked up and shipped to UT. When I received it on time, everything was in great condition. Mind you, I packed it well (Lots of bubble wrap advised!). I've never experienced moving service like this. Very professional and I loved that you could track every step of where the cube was along its journey. I would recommend and plan to use again. Thanks for the service!
