Ugh just don’t understand why 11 people in line and one person manning desk
Than you can hear another worker state well I have things to do the customers just have to wait
Really. USPS lost customer service many years ago
They wonder why ever once in awhile you hear about private take over

4 stars because it isn't the working-man USPS in the trenches that makes the system laughable, but the overpaid honchos in charge.
Overpaid, I said what I said. Doesn't take much to oversee operations are a disaster from the top down, especially at this location.
Hopefully retirement comes sooner rather than later for some folks there, and a new generation of faces that care will take the helm, ones that at least sort of care.
Finally, I have an entire family of postal workers, don't tell me I don't know how you people operate. 😆

Chris was so nice and helpful during our family passport appointment. She was patient, efficient, and kind. The whole thing was a breeze!

It was quicker for me to put a letter in box and ship it via UPS, then the recipient never receiving it or receiving it late. It's like I had to start mailing out birthday cards 2 month in advance relying on USPS, especially in this location. Very rude and a stain to their cause

Guyand back needs hearing aids and a broken jaw. Had repeated our tracking number 4 times to which I questionec his hearing. He hung up on me and refused to transfer me to another person. Your shit is onky so long and you guys make people rage. You guys suck at everything you do but charge up prices of everything.

Liz and Jinder are Saints. They are overworked and underpaid. They’re the only two there. It is the holidays man give them guys a break. They have no control over these holidays. It’s crazy there. There’s only 158 million addresses in the postal system for our country, Jesus Lord, give them a break. They do the best !!!they can!!!!

5th post office of the day. Had a 9 am appointment at another place the photo lady was not there. Come here after 3 more visits and they dont do walk ins even though it says it on their website. Federal employeees are the worst at every level

Both women that were working on a Saturday were just bitter and rude. I went for a passport and had an appointment. I was standing underneath the passport sign. The lady with the short hair snapped at me and told me to go stand by the wall. I apologized and pointed at the passport sign, and she said that "that's just a sign, and it has nothing to do with that passports". So, I stood at the wall for 20 minutes while she waited on other customers and was mean to almost all of them.Finally, the passport lady came and took two other customers that had passport questions under the "passport sign". I walked over and told her that I had a appointment. Then I got snapped at by her that I wasn't standing in the passport window. Which is where the other woman told me to move from. What?? I said that the passport sign above is confusing and she very rudely said that they are all licensed to do passports so it doesn't matter, and if I would like to speak to a manager I could. I didn't ask to speak to a manager. She offered it as if I was the one making a scene! Almost every customer they snapped at. People in line were just shaking their heads. If you both are so miserable at your job, you should quit rather than making everyone else's life miserable.
