They sell used phones as new. You don't know until you realize your microphone is shot cuz you decided to use your voice recorder on day 35. If I wanted that I could save $400 buying refurbished.
Scams alive and well even in the verizon store enfield ct.
They supposedly offered a link for resolution, but the link is broken.
Folks your best bet is just to buy refurbished for less than half the price on ebay because at least those wont have problems like their "New" ones.

Just came back from the Enfield store. We had an 11:00 appt and we were taken on time. We purchased a new Iphone 16 from Admir. As always he is a delight to work with. Takes all the time we need to explain and suggest extra accessories. He is always wonderful to deal with. If Admir is not there, Manny is also great to work with. We only go to this store. They are the best. We have been a loyal customer of Verizon for around 32 years. Everyone we send to Admir is treated as a special customer. Our friends and customer love dealing with him.

If you want to deal with arrogant people who talk down to you, this is the place to go. Tried to simple add my fathers line to my plan, and it all of a sudden cost most than both our phone bills combined? Absolutely wild that in this day in age a company can treat people like trash and expect to make money.

Wish i read other reviews 1st. An actual clownshow. Waited 20 minutes after checking in only for someone to walk in the door and receive service. Someone had been waiting long than me as well. Got my turn, received rude and terrible service. Then
the manager gave even worse service. I wasnt listened to regarding my issue. They said theres NOTHING AT ALL they can do for me. I then called customer service and had everything sorted within a half hour WITH OPTIONS!

Went in to exchange my phone for the 16 Pro Max and was told Westfarms had plenty. Drove there, in traffic, and got to the store and was told “they don’t have any!”…all while laughing. Pissed at both the Enfield store and Westfarms stores for their lack of professionalism.

I bought a house in Connecticut and decided to change carriers due to poor reception in the mountains. John, upon noticing I had a poison ivy allergic reaction on my arm, walked away from me and went to the back of the store. Upon pointing out his rude behavior, he said he has a six year old son to protect. He proceeded to be rude. I didn’t get the help I needed. I tried getting help from another person and he and John started bullying he. I believe there was an element of racial discrimination because the white customers were not tested the same way. Thus is so sad and disappointing.

Came to this verizon store with a pretty bad attitude, but left in less than a half an hour with my phone and in a great mood, fantastic place definitely recommended

Terrible experience. Waited about 6 hours to just set up a business account and they didn't even finish. Now My bill is high because they never told me about the enrollment plan. I tried to give you guys a chance to fix it .. I was lied to saying it was all set.

So, my Wife called to say her phone was no longer working...they said they could only help by sending a text to her phone or to our daughter who lives 30 miles away and not always readily available....no help at all...thank God I use Boost Mobile...$100 phone...$35 a month...and it does all they offer ?

The people here are not helpful and act like you are a waste of time. No help when you ask them questions about a phone or product. They just give blank stares.
