Thanks to their thoughtless and irresponsible management, I was exposed to an obviously sick employee (sniffling, clearly congested). My MIL is undergoing chemo therapy. Now, I have to keep away from my own wife, and possibly get a hotel room. I will be filing a complaint with the department of consumer protection, as this behavior on the part of the management is really not legal.

I’ve been to this location many times and have witnessed a few times now that this one guy is always being rude to or speaking down on other employees. The other day I finally got to look at his name tag and his name is Joe. It is embarrassing and disgraceful that Walgreens has let this type of behavior continue. Walgreens needs to do better

Went in to have blurry photos redone. Didn't get her name, may have been a manager was great in redoing them even while getting constant phone calls that a delivery came in. She left us to pick up photos from a young man, Cameron to finish the order. Store was short staffed so it was only her and Cameron working. For someone so young, Cameron had a great work ethic, he was calm, patient and kind to the customers. Thank you both for your help and for doing a great job working under pressure!

Always helpful and keeps you up to date on all scripts being filled and those ready for pickup. People at the drive thru are prompt and polite.

Terrible experience. No one at the counter to help. The inventory is going to start walking out the door if you dont have employees there to help customers. 3 of us waited over 5 minutes to even see an employee, someone couldve wiped out the entire area behind the counter and no one wouldve noticed. Not a way to run a store.

I went to pick up prescription that my doctor accidentally sent to Walgreens instead of CVS normally would go to Walgreens . The girl at the window first told me I had no prescriptions there then walked over and got a young man. They were smiling as if something was funny and smirking then she talks into the mic and says we don’t take your insurance made me feel really uncomfortable not sure exactly what was so funny just rude .

Same guy/transient at the pharmacy drive thru taking abnormal amount of time. Moving away from this pharmacy after years because of this individual who has no business workiing at a drive thru.

Only decent person in that place is the pharmacy manager Tom. I will not speak or deal with anyone else besides him since the remaining staff clearly don’t understand how to treat someone like a human being with feelings. Absolutely disgusting! Tom P, you are amazing and a true professional. Thank you for all that you do, your patience and kindness go a long way, especially someone suffering from ADHD and an anxiety disorder.

Well, I want to share that I make an appr for a vaccination, I was confused with the pharmacy and the person there with the name Mary explain me that they rather to be sure about the first doze manufactor before to place the one for the appt, I expend many time there, she was really patient, finally when I found it, they didn't have it available, she was so friendly and nice that just say to me "no worries, can you come tomorrow or later, we'll order for you", I say that was okay with me and I leave that day. Next day I show up hour prior to the suggested time and she just recognize me and has all the documentation ready to go, I want to appreciate to Mary for the amazing service! I do recommend visit this store, now it become to my prescription store ?

Every once in a while a person startles you as you’re going about your ordinary errands. Today it was Amy Michelle at Walgreens in ENFIELD.
Not only was her greeting warm and genuine, she inquired about my welfare with such real caring it literally stopped me in my tracks.
I was merely dropping off a Fed Ex package. But this dear woman cheered me, on my first day driving after a week with whatever awful virus is going around.
She left a good impression at a Walgreens I’ve never been to before. I think I’ll have to make it a regular stop.
