  The location is understaffed and the employees are overworked and stressed, therefore they aren't pleasant to interact with. The location needs to hire extra cashiers, otherwise you can expect to have a very long wait. You can't see it well, but in this picture, both the lines stretch all the way to the back of the store.

  Today my cashier was not so pleasant. Besty started eating peanut butter instead of ringing me out. No problem employees at Aldi’s work hard. I am understanding but it didn’t end there otherwise I would not have written this complaint. Secondly, she just threw my things everywhere. Not placing them down tossing them and just not pleasant or her energy. No problem employees have bad days too right. I get it. Thirdly, she tosses my cart away from and tell me to “give her the other cart “. No please, no thank you just straight disrespect. I said please and thank you to remind her to use manners as I didn’t like being disrespected like that and she tells me you’re welcome. I said you are welcome. Besty needs to be retrained on her people skills. I hope she is not in management with her attitude as I will feel bad for her employees. Besty do better. This is experience today was not a good one due to your never ending carelessness and attitude.

  I really enjoy shopping at the Audi location in Fairfield. The store is beautiful, the products are excellent, and most of the staff are always friendly and professional. However, there is one employee who consistently comes across as rude and unpleasant. She seems uninterested in her job, acts frustrated, and treats customers in a way that doesn’t reflect the high standards of this place.
  
  I don’t want to mention her name, but I’m confident she knows who she is. I truly hope management can address this issue because we love coming to this location and appreciate the rest of the team. It would be unfortunate if one person’s behavior discouraged customers from returning.
