Amazing dentist , & usually done do review but this dentist he deserves his recognition he's amazing he know what he is doing made me feel Comfortable& appreciated & it's not about the money he really enjoys what he does ! Staff are great also

I had 3 fillings replaced amd I couldn't be happier with the care I received. Tje staff was very friendly and they made my experience a pleasant memory.

Accepted our appointment. Had us fill in all the forms and after waiting for half hour told us they exceeded my insurance type limit and wouldnt accept us.

They were all so nice and helpful. Their oral surgeon wasn’t in but called me on their day off to schedule my surgery right away. I appreciate that the team really cared. Thank you!

First experience was not great, they did not want to take new X-rays as I had them done previously within the past 18mts. They wanted to get a copy of those first. So first visit was a waste of time. Second visit was better, however they took x-rays anyway, go figure. Called to make an appointment to fix a crown and they asked me to pay 50% up front for the expected service. What!!! They were not even sure of what needed to be done but they would not make me an appointment unless I paid 50% up front, over the phone with a credit card.Not the way to do business, I’ll find a different dentist!

I thought because it’s sort of a chain, the care would be just average. I need a lot of work done and my initial experience was beyond wonderful. The entire staff was simply the best. Caring and concerned, I was informed every step of the way. Don’t hesitate to make an appointment.

My grandma can't stop raving about the patient care that she received today at the FFLD office. Their kindness and compassion cannot be matched not to mention how knowledgable and well experienced the whole team is. Thank you Phillip All Afshar DMD and staff.

Simply put, this place is a scam. A business, not a dentists office. They make no money from cleanings so they try to scare you into procedures you don't need. My mother was told she had stage 2 periodontal disease and they wouldn't even do her cleaning unless she came back for 2 part treatment. She went to our private dentist to see what was going on and he told her it was utter bullshit. Today I go in for a cleaning, and guess what. I have stage 2 periodontal disease! How odd? They told me that all the time was "used up during exam" and "there's no time for a cleaning" but I could come back when I schedule my periodontal disease treatment. Another thing to note - past two times I have been here they told me I desperately needed a crown on one of my teeth. It wasn't even mentioned today. What a joke. Beware and stay far away if you can. They also told my 59 year old mother she needed to have her wisdom teeth out. When she asked why if they weren't causing issue, they said "all adults need them out" ?????? What. Laughable

Dental work excellent but charged my mom because said couldn't reach anthem. Then computers down. They got paid by insurance but still haven't reimbursed my mom

Unprofessional and very expensive. I came in for a consult for implants. Cost was more than solo specialists and they bring a dentist in from NY to do the procedure who you don’t meet until day of. Really? Spend $30,000 and trust a dentist you’ve never met? I thought a chain like this would be far less expensive, apparently they spend so much on advertising they need to charge exorbitant rates. Additionally I called for my X-rays to bring to another consult, their “system has been down for two weeks, don’t know when it will be back up, so no access to past X-rays”. What if my procedure was scheduled? The dentist they would bring in from NY would have no access to my X-rays!! Unreal. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional for a dental office to not have their system fixed to obtain X-rays immediately, forget about 2 weeks w an unknown as to when it will be fixed. Last but not least I looked at their google results, class action lawsuit for deceptive advertising regarding costs etc.I would never trust them to fill a cavity forget about do expensive implants.

The team at Aspen Dental is fantastic. I have had completed; 2 root canals, 2 crowns, a filling and a cleaning since I became a patient and each visit I feel extremely cared for by the team here. Everyone on the team makes you feel like a friend, they listen, they explain, they smile and they go above and beyond. The dentist truly cares about each patient and does a great job making sure you feel comfortable every visit. He explains what he's going to be doing and you can tell that he cares a lot about the work he is doing. Thank you team Aspen for welcoming me into the office!

Aspen Dental is such a gem, I enjoyed my visit from start to finish! I switched over from another dental clinic and I much prefer Aspen Dental. I couldn't believe my first dental exam was free; as someone without dental insurance, that was such a shock. The staff was so friendly and kind and really accommodating. I needed a dental exam for employment and they not only printed out my papers for me, but worked with me from start to finish to ensure I was covered and got what I needed. One of the staff members said the dentist was leaving soon so she grabbed him for me to make sure he filled out my paperwork. So kind! I was also scheduled to come in another day for my cleaning but the hygienist said she'd take me now because if she can help me out, she will. They are really amazing here and go above and beyond. Definitely recommend!

On February 14, 2023 I made an 11:00 AM appointment at Aspen Dental in Fairfield CT to have a cracked front tooth problem addressed.My visit to Aspen office was so pleasant and I have to say "absolutely painless". The location is very convenient with plenty of parking always available. The Aspen Dental staff from the front desk person, to the dental assistant, to the business manager and most importantly Dr. Phil - the dentist.I'm an "outgoing type of person" so I was made to feel right at home with the entire friendly staff;My tooth was expertly repaired and I was on my way within 30 minutes from the time I sat down in the chair. I strongly recommend this Aspen Dental office to anyone.P.S. The cost was much, much less than I expected. This was also important to me since I have no dental insurance.

I recently moved to the area and decided to make an appointment at this dental office to get a referral to have my wisdom teeth removed. When I visited I was very direct in asking if my insurance covered everything and that I did not want to pay out of pocket. I was reassured by Crystal that I would not pay out of pocket for my visit and that my insurance covered everything. I recently received a bill in the mail and I emailed Crystal to see if there was a mistake. Overall she replied saying insurance claims cannot be processed until services are charged out. I wish she was more upfront about this when I initially visited because now I am paying out of pocket. It seems like this place prioritizes profits over people and I would no recommend this place. Please save yourself the trouble of unwanted expenses and visit a family dentistry that prioritizes people and is more transparent. After doing research it seems like Aspen Dental has already had lawsuits filed against them for misleading customers as well please be careful.
