Kebwe was so amazing. From the second I came in he helped me figure out the best phone for an upgrade and helped me set everything up so I wasn't stressed out. He was very helpful and amazing. I would have given him 10 stars if possible. If anyone comes here I would definitely recommend going to him.

Salespeople here are often quite grimy and aren’t fully truthful. Often leave you with messes which require you to call customer support just to clean up retails mess.

After trying to initiate an insurance claim for a damaged phone, we discovered that this AT&T store has been cheating us for years. First, despite receiving an email confirming insurance coverage, the store added the coverage to an old device we don’t use any longer, so no insurance on the new iPhone 15 we just bought in May. So we’ve been paying for insurance on a h used device for years. Second, I went to this store in September to swap a line from an old iPad to a new one. The store manager told me this was completed but we just discovered that he added a new line and we’ve been paying for two iPads despite wiping the old device and recycling it. When I went in to ask how the planned to find these issues, I was told I had to purchase a new phone they failed to properly insure and I’d have to call customer service to correct they iPads double charge.
Completely fleeced us for nearly thousands of dollars over the course of the last few years. Switching to Verizon ASAP.

My husband and I came to AT&T bc I wanted to transfer my phone number from Verizon. Nick, the sales rep. Was so patient and kind. We had trouble getting the line transferred and had to come back the next day. He was super patient and kind and remained very calm and professional the entire time. He did not give up!! Finally, it worked and I was able to transfer to AT&T. Without Nicks's professionalism, patience, and perseverance I probably would have ended up staying with Verizon. Excellent sales reps like him are one of the reasons that I am glad to be a new customer at AT&T!!! Thanks Nick!!

Mile was hugely patient and helpful. She was a spectacular associate with whom to work. The surrounding associates were also extremely friendly and did not hesitate to weigh in to make my experience better. Mile RULES!

My husband Mike and I are always consistently pleased with the excellent customer service provided by Isaiah at AT&T’s Fairfield store. In addition to his extensive knowledge of all things relative to cell phones, computers, software and peripherals/accessories, he is extremely personable, courteous, and has a great sense of humor.

Beware of this store and especially Isaiah Scott. He is either incompetent or a liar, or both. He created a huge, time consuming and expensive headache for me by signing me up with the wrong plan and holding back information from me so I could not check my account online. Instead of an unlimited data plan He signed me up for one gig a month so I went way over my data usage and got a bill for $561.71. When I returned to get help with this error Isaiah would not help me correct his mistake so I've been on the phone for hours with customer service trying to correct his mistake.
I wish I never set foot in that store.

I went in trying to get a phone upgrade. They explained the options I had and were quick to get me processed and taken cared of. I was in and out in about 15-20 minutes. The staff was attentive and great to work with.
