Absolutely horrible for business. Zelle gets flagged every time, NO access online and NO 24/7 fraud department. Switching back to Wells Fargo after being on the phone for over an hour and a half once they opened.

I've banked at the Fairfield branch for more than 25 years. I have had excellent service and prompt attention to my banking needs from the team. The current team at the branch are professional and helpful. I consider them to be friend because they are courteous and responsive. Tis is a great branch. I would not bank anywhere else!

At this point it’s easier to list the rare few times their ATM has worked. I’ve lost count how many times the walk up ATM has been out of service, broken, not accepting the card, etc. Weird that after so many times out of order this hasn’t been permanently addressed. Walking through a drive through ATM is only fun so many times.

I can't stand this bank. I opened a business account with them. They sent my debit card to my residence instead of my 'mailing address'. I don't even have a mailbox at my residence because everything goes to my 'mailing address'. After I called to get it sent to my "mailing address', they sent it to the wrong address. I mean really, how hard could this be? I give them 1 star for, well, for just not getting it right twice.

The only good thing I can say about my experience here is that the security guard outside was nice. I recently changed my name and dedicated an afternoon to updating it at all my banks. This Bank of America was the only one that wouldn't let me do it on a walk-in. As soon as I walked in a lady told me I needed an appointment, or I could do it from the app. Then she went on in an unfriendly tone to add that everyone was busy and it was 20 minutes before closing. Gee sorry I didn't know "open until 4" actually means open until 3:40, and you won't help me do a simple task that only took the other three banks 10 minutes.

If you're a Caucasian, maybe you should try a different Bank of America location. At one time, my 80+ year old mother had to make a large deposit into my business account for me as I was out of the country, and they questioned her if she was a drug dealer! Then, we go in recently to do a wire transfer in US Dollars to another bank account, and Manager Matt does transfer in Canadian Dollars, making us lose over $600 that BOA made in fees - the other bank receiving transfer exchange rate was $600 less as they take a much lower profit on exchanges. With customer service like this, now you know why BOA is closing so many branches.
