The Best Western Plus Fairfield Hotel is a small and cozy hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with nice bathrooms, big TVs, and easily adjustable thermostats. While some rooms can feel a little small or cramped, the bedding is very comfortable. The staff is very friendly, nice, welcoming, and helpful, providing excellent service. The hotel offers a pretty good hot complimentary breakfast that is satisfying. Its location is good and quiet, close to the Metro North train station, with good parking and bright night lighting for safety. Walkability is limited without a car, though some amenities are within reach. The hotel provides standard amenities, including free internet, and the front desk offers assistance with items like forgotten toiletries. Guests report a smooth and easy check-in process and would gladly return.
We had a suite. It was spacious and comfy. There is a door separating the bedroom from the sitting area. Breakfast was good. Plenty of options: potatoes, sausage links, egg patties, cereal, pancakes, bread and bagels, instant oatmeal, yogurt bar.

Room was a little small, my bathroom didn’t have hand soap, and the service was great until the last day of my stay. The lady at the desk was rude.
