Not enough handicap parking. I went to Quest Diagnostics as a walk in and waited for 2 1/2 hours to be called. The employees were calling patients with appt. They should take 2 or 3 patients with appts, then take 1 or 2 walk ins.

Worst place to park. My Car was smashed into dented my whole front driver door in and scraped the side of my car. Had a police report filed and reached out to the managers multiple times asking for camera footage. Which to my knowledge the police told me they do not have cameras. Not only is it impossible to reach a manager (Jennifer) or the owner (Yahan) but when my husband or I try to follow up they simply wonât take the call. As an employee in one of the buildings they own they donât even try to make amends right. Frustrated beyond belief. So many people complain about their cars getting smashed. As a pregnant working woman I shouldnât have to worry about my car getting damaged while I go to work. PUT CAMERAS UP!!

A very bad experience not respectful to women and customer service is impertinent. Would not recommend didnât help with my inconvenience.

Someone backed into the side of my car and the building owners refuse to put cameras in. Same thing happened to my wifeâs car a year ago and same story âwe donât have any cameras on the buildingâ.
Update: Spoke to Jennifer and Sean the property managers. They are absolutely no help and refuse to do anything. Disgusting property management. If you plan on moving a business here find somewhere else.
