“This guy is so good, everything is always fresh. He's honest and a good man. I love his hurka. Its really the best around, seasoned just right. Try them once and u won't be disappointed. Now go try them..you won't believe the smell in the store. “I love that Custom Meats is now offering sandwiches on the weekends. I have had 2 so far, the pulled pork and the roast beef, both on the Fatto and Mano lard brioche buns. Those buns take anything to the next level. The sandwiches sell out fast!
The staff is always friendly and helpful and I got an excellent cut of brisket to make corned beef...it was amazing!
I also love their maple sage sausages and the ground sweet Italian sausage. They also sell beef tallow, eggs, butter, spice rubs and some sauces!”
