1/22 at about 730pm I Came inside to get gas since none of the pumps accept debit cards- stood there for 5 mins before the worker finally came to the front with a box in her hand unpacking items. She looked up at me and said can I help you in a demeaning tone as if I'm inconveniencing her. When I could only put $30 instead of what I originally asked she sucked her teeth sighed and ripped the receipt and crumbled it up. I mean, just so intentionally rude and for no reason. It doesn't take much to be kind.

For at least 8 months half the pumps don't accept a debit card. I talked to the very polite staff and they informed me that they have told management many times. Pathetic and disrespectful.

This Cumberland farms treats everyone like family. My wife and I come in often we love the staff. The bathrooms are always top notch and spotless. The new Manager is kind and supportive to his staff. If you're new to the area this is the best gas station in town. Highly recommend. They also have this new staff check out but it's always nice to have a greeted conversation when you walk into the store. ??

Only place I’ve been where their Arizona is more than 99¢. They even removed the “great deal, 99¢” sticker off the cans

Wow. Justed pulled in here for the first time ever for some cigarettes and some snacks. Forgot my license so the girl, rightfully so, asked me for ID. I got out to my card, grab my CT pistol permit as it has was right there. Walked back in girl said we can't take this. I said it was a state issued ID. She grabbed them and said "have a good day. I was like what! Your not selling them to me. I gave you ID She Waived me off and said have a nice day again. I left everything on the counter. Its all on the the video tape. What awful customer service. I know I should not smoke little girl, but I am 50 years old and I needed a driver's license to get my permit. Plus, I don't have to let you scan anything to sell me anything

This place was top notch for years. Clean as a whistle and well stocked. Now it's dirty and there is never enough syrup in the soda machine. Sometimes they even run out of cups and/or lids. I don't know what happened.

Why is it that every time I come in during the morning hours, between 7 and 8:30 (prime morning rush) ALL the coffee machines are down or being washed. The management is to blame. There should be 2 counter employees and 1 employee attending to the food and coffee. Instead its one employee at the counter and 20 people in line while the other misguided employee is sweeping or mopping or heating up pizza. The management is CHEAP. Hire more people There's never coffee, there is always horrible line that takes forever. Bottom of the barrel for the Cumberland Farmss of the area.

2/11 - the woman working there was beyond rude - she should not be working or customer facing to the public if she is going to be representing the company. BEYOND RUDE!

On my morning walk (11/15 @ ~9AM) with my MEDICAL SERVICE DOG, I stopped in for a coffee. Got my coffee, went to wait in line to pay and the employees behind the register start yelling that I can’t have a dog inside and he needs to leave. The patrons in line ahead of me and around the store all turn and stare, I told the staff that he’s a service dog but the women behind the registers kept shouting at me that he couldn’t be inside and something about “allergies”. They then expedited me to cut the line and pay the 1.06$ so that my dog and I would leave quicker- the disrespect and ignorance of these employees is astounding. I can understand that because he was not wearing his vest (we were on our morning walk, he does not have to advertise he’s a working dog 24/7 and the law does not require he wear a vest regardless) the staff is permitted to ask if he’s a service dog but they didn’t even do that. I was told to leave immediately, regardless of my attempts to explain. My service dog is a purebred golden retriever, the stereotypical look of a working dog. He was perfectly behaved, by my side, discreet, doing his job. I will never give Cumbies my business again, not gas or goods. The corporation needs to educate staff because their behavior is deplorable and they are not representing the company well whatsoever.

I stopped in tonight at 9:30PM and there was no coffee available. I stop at Cumberland Farms as I know I can reliably get gas and coffee, but… there was no coffee. They were all being “cleaned”.
