Walked in expecting to find a crowded pharmacy because they don’t answer the phone unless you hit the provider line. Walked in to see FOUR staff members, not a single customer at pharmacy - the pharmacist was busy filling a prescription…but that one tech.. . Horrible customer service by the pharmacy tech who asked me “what makes you so special?” I will be calling management because she was inappropriate on the phone- but then took it to another level in person. As a 30 year registered nurse what a disappointment to hear a tech respond to a patient/customer in such a way. Deplorable.

I need to refill a prescription and CVS made it in active, which was not supposed to be done and now I’m being told my doctor needs to call in the prescription. My doctor did not cancel it. There’s a refill on it. CVS pharmacy is not who manages my healthcare it is my doctor, I’m quite annoyed by this and I’m considering trying a different pharmacy. I’ve had too many similar problems CVS in Fairfield. I have one prescription at the Litchfield, Connecticut CVS and I have never had a problem there.

I normally come here to get my prescriptions via drive thru. I came in today expecting a different experience. These people have attitude problems. They act like you’re bothering them. Not welcoming at all. I may switch back to Walgreens. Bad experience too many times.

I went to this CVS, to use the ATM. When I got to the ATM. They tried to skim through the machine and tried to take 120.00$ when I didn't authorize the transaction, I had to call my bank so non of my information gets stolen! Please check your machines!!;

Phenomenal pharmacy staff! Always so helpful and patient even when they’re clearly overwhelmed with work(they’re clearly short staffed more often than not). Especially Amanda and Todd who have helped me on multiple occasions! The store itself has helpful staff as well. Generally I find what I’m looking for on my own but the few times I’ve been lost, someone was always there to guide me. Great staff all around!

I have been a client for more than 15 years, the bad treatment and discrimination I received at this time by the person who gave me my medication was terrible, I have high blood pressure and I just experienced something horrible, the same people no longer work, I will have to withdraw my prescriptions of this horrible lui

Management is not enough to help customers. Twice already I’ve come to this store and met with disappointment by being forced to use the self checkout but unfortunately the machine does not meet my needs. I would like for management to be more attentive to the wishes of customers and for more staff to check out customers because these machines are extremely unreliable.

Didn't find what i was looking for. Also, manager and employee up front, talking with customers for 15 minutes. Didn't assist when I requested help. The CUSTOMER helped me. Guess this was an employee off duty. Feeling disregarded.

The pharmacy staff is very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. If you are upset with their answering service - next time you are in there, take notice of all they are multitasking to do while being a small staff with the phone constantly ringing. You can easily download the CVS app to place refill orders or go inside/to the drive-thru and request a refill. If your script is unavailable, they will let you know which CVS has it in stock. They have many clients. It's not difficult to be kind and considerate to those trying their best to help many at once.

Yesterday I went in to purchase Oral B brush head replacement All the brush heads are compatible with all models yet the attendant lead me to believe otherwise and it was unsettling/not pleasant They have upgraded the appearance with new carpeting - (bad color choice) the overall appearance of the store is clean, tidy and spacious Appearances don't help when the sales associate isn't helpful They also lock up the brush head replacements individually so one is feeling pressured to make a decision in which one to buy I really do not like going into CVS but it is necessary I wish there was some way they could improve the customer experience to make it a more amiable oneI wasn't planning to write this review but the automated attendant on the phone gave me no option to speak to a manager No surprise more sales will move online when there's no customer service presence with a helpful person This contactless world isn't good for the health of society as a whole

No one picks up the phone in the pharmacy department.....ever. This pharmacy is managed by a gentleman named Cary and he is rude, obnoxious and will discuss customers concerns loudly. The pharmacy has 3 people working at the time of this review. I am on hold and drove to the locaiton all while on hold and went into the store and I am still on hold while they continue to park my call again and again, no one is using the phones! This place is unbelievable!
