Insanely rude pharmacist tried to convince me that my allergy was fake while obviously embarrassing me and almost putting me in danger for pushing something I said I'm allergic to and while it's written poorly in my file, the pharmacists continue to fill my scripts with what I said I'm allergic to. I'm really, really sick of having to triple check their work every time I pick up a prescription but the attitude I just received was my breaking point. Seriously though, I should have been on the warpath the third time they tried to give me my allergen but after this, the dozenth something time, PLUS the degrading attitude completely pissed me off and I'm complaining to higher ups finally. The last thing I'm about to do is detail to a pharmacist (whose opinion I could not possibly care less about), my entire medical history while surrounded by other customers wishing l'd hurry up and keep the line moving.

I don’t usually get on here and do this… but this experience put me over the edge. I was in there with my dad and brother. Dad was just shopping for some medicine in the back because mom has the flu. So me and my brother were waiting in the from just killing him standing there bouncing one of the balls until we got suddenly harassed by an employee. When I say harassed I mean harassed. She came running over to us saying “this is unacceptable you guys can not play kick ball in the store”. With raging angry and hatred bursting through her voice and tone. We then stated that we were only just dribbling the ball and we were sorry. We were still left out to dry with dad in the back. We said we wanted to get our dads so we could leave bro they were firm on kicking us out. She then told us that we had to wait for daddy outside. But I don’t leave anywhere without my father. Their forceful tone and unprofessional attitude made me feel very vulnerable and unsafe. This cvs doesn’t get my vote for sure. Will not being going back to this unmanaged corporation. 0/10

Almost always an issue here. Many times the drive through pickup gives me the wrong med bit ill take responsibility for that.
You can no longer call to speak with the pharmacy and often you leave a message but don’t get a call back.
Today after the 4th message about a refill that the app says was canceled i walked in and they argued with me it was never canceled and being filled.
Right for 7 days and 4 messages its still being filled and they never are wrong.
Its not really hard to say sorry we can fix this now if you like to wait.
I hate the fact my insurance requires me to use CVS

Absolutely horrid customer service. Bunch of incompetent and rude people who slack on the job. If giving negative stars was an option, this would be it. Background checks really need to become a requirement with places such as these. I wouldn’t say hiring a bunch of clueless bums who hate their lives and the lives of the people who come in is ideal for market promotion cvs black rock…

Called to see if my dogs prescription was call in by her Vet's office after getting someone being on hold for about 10 minutes. I got a rude worker who didn't want to look up if the prescription was sent in because I didn't have her DOB, this is because she was adopted and my Vet added her DOB for me. I HAVE FILLED THIS PRESCRIPTION ABOUT AND 3 TIMES AND THEY WERE ALWAYS ABLE TO GET HER INFORMATION WITH MY NAME AND PHONE NUMBER. This CVS has by far the worst customer service that I have experienced and from the reviews it seems it's not getting any better.

Pharmacy used to be open 24/7 which was the entire reason my family uses it. Now they close the registers before 10:00pm when they claim to be open until and are extremely dismissive about every. Iv had nothing but bad experiences with this pharmacy.

Spouse had surgery and we regrettably directed the hospital to send the prescriptions to CVS in Fairfield, CT. Even though they were called in 5 hours plus, they were not ready. Clerk at the pharmacy desk was confused as to what was ordered. Got testy and stated that they would not be ready until 2 hours later. Drove home and called back to CVS to confirm meds on order - clerk was still confused. I asked to speak with the pharmacist to confirm the order, but the pharmacist could not understand English and consistently kept interrupting when I tried to ask my question. I will NEVER get prescriptions at CVS again. They are rude and apparently also ignorant.
