The Customer Service at this Location was immaculate. I happened to have a pleasant encounter over the phone with one of the Supervisors by the name of Felicity, she took her customer service well beyond what I’ve experienced in a while. With such a short encounter, she’s made a huge impact. This young lady is a positive asset for CVS for sure!

I'm homeless. Your associate falsely told me she can't search for coupons using my email address, forcing me to use my last $1.00 to buy food. She claimed, smiling, that she can only search using a phone number. We both know that's not true. I had a coupon in my account that would have covered the cost of sustenance, but I don't recall the number I used. Why did she smile, I don't know how to answer that question and this is the saddest part of all this to me. She definitely knows who I am, as does the antagonist sitting next to me in her pajamas, keeping an eye on me for that employee at the local library. I am currently suing the City of New York for many things, but they all have a common denominator. Black male and females. In one case, I flagged a female city employee for taking out fake child support payments and collecting the money.....of all the places to target..... :-( Anyway, the response I got from the City was to cut off my food stamps and cash assistance and they protected Ms. Doreen Carter. (#NameThemUntilTheyStop)
CVS is my favorite pharmacy, I sincerely mean that. I brag often that it's a New England based company, and generally speaking I've had nothing but pleasant experiences. Now that hatred is trickling into your ranks, I urge you to stop it before you see similar results like what happened with the Samsung Store in Manhattan.

Worst pharmacy staff ever. The staff could not be any ruder or more disrespectful. I was literally just hung up on for asking a simple question. I have never been so disrespected in my life. Do not go to this pharmacy.

Please don’t buy Amazon gift cards here, or at any other store for that matter (only buy them online). I was gifted a $200 Amazon gift card purchased from this store. When I went to use it, I found that it had already been redeemed. I later learned that scammers will go into stores, tamper with the packaging so they can see the claim code, write down the code and then destroy the code so you can’t redeem it but they do. Amazon and CVS absolutely refuse to do anything about this. Most incredibly, CVS told me that it is not their responsibility. They flat out told me that it is not their problem if you get scammed from a purchase made in their store. They do not care that they are effectively selling what might as well be stolen goods. You will not get your money back. I won’t be doing business with CVS again, and please, don’t buy Amazon gift cards from any store other than Amazon.

Has anyone else noticed that the CVS in Fairfield on the Post road has extraordinarily nice and courteous people working there. They truly appear to even love their job and want to help. I just read a couple of poor reviews and I wanted to make it clear that All of my excellent experiences have been with a younger girl and an older woman. I don't believe I experienced what people call is the rude gentleman.

Went in this store to pick up a few items. When I was checking out, the store manger, I believe they called her Tway. She was being very unprofessional to her employees. The employees were clearly working hard and she just starts yelling and demanding them to to other task right in front of customers. I felt so bad for the employees because she was embarrassing them in front of everyone. It was so unprofessional and should not have talk to them like that. Will not be coming back!

Cashier very rude and disrespectful, normal lane moving like molasses so of course we use self check out for our order. Don’t be upset we had to use it since your aren’t moving your line.

I came into this cvs to do a money gram for the first time. I asked the older guy working “hi I have to send a moneygram” he pointed and said the phone is there. I then “replied I never did this before” he said me either. So I just proceeded to the phone to figure it out myself because customer service is horrible. Then after getting off the phone with the moneygram rep I went to the register “as the money gram rep advised”. I walked to the rude rep and I told him “I need to pay a bill” he already started to point to the phone again, and k told him “the rep told me to bring my Id and money to you and my info should pop up on the screen. He then proceeded to back up and pointed to the screen so his coworker can help me. His coworker didn’t know how to do it. Then long and behold the RUDE rep came up and said “press moneygram. Then said nothing is there and walked away and told the nicer rep to keep checking. I stood here for 15 mins and I’m still waiting for service. I called back money gram and they told me the rep has to press the pay bill section and tada the nice rep got it! He never did it before. The nice reps name is Tatum. Lucky for him I’ll give a extra star but I wanted to give just one. That other rep is rude he wasn’t rude to another customer but me the woman of color. Please address this CVS it is unacceptable! I Will be contacting Corperate. What a nasty rep he is. Again thank you Taqrim for providing great customer service, that’s how it’s done 5STARS for Taqrim!
