I brought my car in for smoking under the hood. They called me about an hour after to explain the issue with the car (coolant reservoir) and how much it would cost to fix. They repaired the issue quickly and for a fair price. However, when I went to pick it up, they mentioned that there was also a problem with my engine. They made no offer or estimate to look at or fix the engine, just sent me on my way. I called them after to ask why they could not address (or even offer to discuss) the issue with my engine, and they rudely told me it would cost $150 to look at it if I wanted to bring it back. They were really dismissive. I would have happily paid the $150 if they had mentioned the problem with my engine and the cost of looking at it when they called me to describe the original issue. Why only fix 1 out of 2 issues and not explain all the problems with the car in the phone call? Why would I want to take a broken car home and bring it back another time instead of leaving it there to get all problems resolved? Now I have to bring my car to another repair shop. As a young female customer, I feel like they talked down to me and did not take the time to explain problems. I wouldn't return here, and I wouldn't recommend.

My jeep had the check engine light on so I brought my vehicle in. They gave me my vehicle back with the check engine light on and charged $700 for an oil change and hourly charges. They didn’t identify the issue or complete the necessary repair.
I would not go back or recommend.

Dan and his father were both such a pleasure to work with. I am happy that we went to him and got a second opinion after first going to the dealership. Dan was honest and did a wonderful job helping us with our brake issues. If your looking for good honest people that know what they are doing then go down to the shop and ask for Dan!

I had a fantastic experience working with Dan to get my car fixed. Although I ended up having to replace an expensive part, Dan was transparent, empathetic, and accommodating through-out the entire process. I'm happy to have done business with him and would gladly again in the future!

Dan went out of his way to give me fair, honest advice & guidance. It’s rare to find such a decently honest & kind person nowadays and I wanted to make sure I took the time to write a review to highlight how truly outstanding this establishment is. I’ll continue to give recommendations to my family/friends given this one off-chance experience I had based upon my car breaking down near his shop. Thanks again, your kindness did not go unnoticed.

I was referred to the Cortigiano's by another mechanic that was unable to do the repairs on my Audi A5 as he didn't have the proper tools. They re-diagnosed the problem, communicated to me what repairs were needed , I authorized the work, and had the car back to me that afternoon. They were very reasonably priced as well.
