Wedges and heel selection were nice. However when I politely declined giving my phone number for their reward program, the sales associate typed in someone else’s number. I know of people that have been fired on the spot for that. Be careful.

Not a bad variety of Men's shoes at decent prices. I'm a size 10 wide and not a big selection of wide width shoes had to buy the shoes I was looking for on their website. For woman much larger selection and variety of course! Lol

My shopping experience at DWS was really, really Awesome the sales associate that provided their assistance in helping me find my correct shoe size excellent i think I've may have found a new place to buy shoes really really helpful and Awesome as well

I order shoes for me and my husband and it took almost 2 weeks to get but it wasn’t a problem for me because I was just really excited to get them for the summer. But I’m very upset because first they charged me twice which they had to refund me back for. Then I finally received an email stated they were ready for pick up, so the next day before I went to pick them up I received an email stating I had picked them up but I didn’t so I went to the store and one of the pair of shoes wasn’t there. The girl got her manager and he went in the back and came back with shoes that look like someone was wearing them. The manager said to me you can take them or you can get a refund like he didn’t care. I told him I would take them and I would like a bag but he didn’t want to give me one I had to keep asking. Then when we were about to leave he said good luck with her to my husband which was very rude and unprofessional. As a customer you should never have to feel this way. I shop a lot throughout the years with DSW and it’s sad to say I will not be coming back to that store. You need better management.

A huge warehouse of shoes. A wide selection of shoes and if they don’t have them here you can have them check and they will either deliver to your home or the store.

It’s a great place to find shoes her famous designer score of the discount price especially for today. It’s tax free day for back to school. Customer service is very professional, friendly and welcoming.
