This has been my GO TO Branch for over 10 years. The staff is incredible ALWAYS and I travel to this branch specifically to rent ALL my cars because this branch is THE BEST. As of the year 2024 The current team that rocks is Alexandria, Brian, and DJ. Enterprise you better give these three a raise $ ASAP because the team is what makes you successful.

I worked directly with Johua DeFrancisco at the Fairfield CT location to rent a car. Joshua was incredibly helpful to me and is exactly the person you want representing your business. He knows his product, knows the power of friendly customer service and is a professional at all levels. Enterprise is lucky to have him, and I will always return to that location.

The gentleman who took care of us is a must have Employee. As a Black man, I am not usually serviced with respect from business staffs, but this guy was patient, understandable, and courteous. Surprised he is not at the next level yet.

I just got the shock of my life - didn't think that hustling like this could happen in the States. It started great. I rent a lot for business and expect to be there about an hour as average. Here I was out in 15 min, straight from collision shop. The guy brought the vehicle, we walked around, he read the disclosure. Mentioned that car insurance only had me for economy but by law there are supposed to cover comparable vehicle and they will take care of it (Progressive did approve via email days prior, so I was aware of that). AFTER I dropped the car, I was informed that I have to cover the balance because I was offered a choice between 2 vehicles and I chose the nicer one. Which is a straight lie. I was never offered another car. They go as far as "documenting my out of pocket charges and that it was all communicated to me".The car was sitting in the airport parking lot for over 2 weeks and I told them I only will use it actually for a couple of days. I would never pay for something extra to sit on the parking lot. I was left speechless. What a scam.

Alexandria was a starShe's diplomatic, professional and super quality proficient..If you loose her somebody dropped the ball..keeper etc.etc. I wish I could find people like her !!!!Keep up the good work..enterprise..

I use this location regularly for work...initially the service and the cars rented were good, but recently I have encountered numerous issues. I always reserve a full-size car and the last few times the only cars available were Dodge Chargers and Ford Mustangs. Using the car for work purposes, these options are not acceptable as I am often traveling with representatives from other companies...the Ford Mustang I was forced to take was bright yellow, noisy because it had a soft roof, and did not even have four doors.The day before I picked up my last rental, I called the location directly to ask what types of cars would be available (in order to avoid what happened last time from happening again). The guy at the location I spoke with assured me that there would be a number of different options in my reservation class due to the number of returns they were getting back that morning. I also told them that a Mustang or Charger were unacceptable due to what I was using the rental for. I got there that afternoon and the representative grabbed keys and brought me outside- they wanted to give me a Charger. I refused to take the car and ended up having to wait more than 45 minutes for another car to be returned from an oil change and cleaned. The car that I was given was a Nissan Altima whose air conditioning and Apple Car Play did not work...I ended up having to switch out the car at another location the next day.
