I have been buying cigars here for a few years now. Always a great experience and exceptional staff. The hookah lounge is excellent as well. I highly recommend shopping here. Quality tobacco pipes in stock, I’m not a pipe smoker myself but I haven’t found many smoke shops to carry pipes and pipe tobacco. Five stars!

I always come here. I’m new to vapes and vaping and they always help me with whatever issues I have. Staff is super friendly and help you with whatever issue you may have. Super knowledgeable and helpful. If I could give this place more stars I would. Shoutout to Moe and his crew for always being friendly and helpful to new people.

This place is AWESOME! Hands down the best cigar and smoke shop I've ever been to. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable, always going out of their way to help. The selection is bonkers, I could literally spend over an hour just browsing. The fact they have a lounge which is now open is the icing on the cake. If I had the time I would've smoked the cigar I bought earlier today. Definitely going to be my new lounge spot!

So far so good great service cigars are wonderful. They always have something that is hard to find other places. Looking forward to spending a lot of time in this place like to thank the owners for having a great selection, and a place to smoke in as well.

Hands down best smoke shop I've ever been to. As far as selection goes, I challenge you to go here looking for anything related to smoking / vaping and NOT be able to find what you're looking for.As for customer service goes, it seems like everybody that works here (shout out to Marco) is no newbie. Clearly years of knowledge and experience.As if that weren't enough, they have a smoke lounge for hookah and cigar smoking that is just about to open back up.

ONE STAR IS TOO GENEROUS. I Never minded over paying for cigars but when I purchased a 30 dollar Veritigo cigar lighter and it was only able to light 2 cigars that same night I wasn’t pleased. I returned the next day and a store employee tested the butane level and purged the fuel reservoir. He was able to establish 1 single flame and told me that I can’t expect consecutive light offs! I need to “pause” in between ignition attempts. Long story short, I needed to light a cigar that day and the lighter never worked again. I returned back to the store to ask for an exchange at least. The store manager told me that I have to deal directly with the manufacturer. That have no respect for customer satisfaction. I will never do business with them again over $30! I buy $80-100 worth of cigars every time that I shop there.

Terrible place bought 2 coils last night from them one was not the right coil tried to return today and told me I couldn't due to covid. Not even sorry just a money hungry place. Will never go there again.
