Tracy is a wonderful yoga teacher. She has such positive energy with an obvious passion for sharing yoga through well-planned classes that challenge physicality, flexibility and balance.

A welcoming environment for both beginners and veterans of yoga. Vinyasa & hot yoga classes have improved my physical strength, posture and neck problems after having babies. In addition, the amazing instructors always help me clear the clutter out of my mind and remind me to breathe. Classes improve my overall mood & fitness. I highly recommend giving a class a try!

This is a nice place to practice Bikram. Wish they had full hour and half Bikram class in the afternoon.. I am not a fan of music Bikram but that is personal taste. The teachers are knowledgeable. Some are more militant than others. I need to drink through out the practice so I go with the more laid back instructors. Clean, welcoming, but not much of a community. Perfect for non joiners.

When in Fairfield, this is my go to studio. Convenient location, big studio room w good flooring, changing rooms & showers. Instructors are very knowledgeable. Special mention for Alexia - although leading the basic hot yoga "26+2" which can be pretty perscriptive, she added the right balance of motivation, humor and technical guidance.

Really not thrilled with this studio. Have been to many, I enjoy hot yoga and how difficult it is. Was excited to get a pack of classes in town. First time stopping in in years (to sign up), door is unlocked so My boyfriend and I walk in. Nobody at desk, nobody around. I assumed a class was going on and there might be another employee around so I walked down to the ladies locker room to see, and am greeted by an instructor saying, "what are you doing in here?! I locked the door!" We both respond saying that no, the door was unlocked and so we came in. Instructor then says, "well you can't be here right now I'm in the middle of a class." I say, "okay, I just wanted to sign up for a class pack." She says, "do It online. I'm in the middle of a class." And I say, "I understand, but to sign up with the student pricing it says to come into the studio and show student ID." She huffs then proceeds to tell us to come back tomorrow. We return tomorrow to sign up, get the same attitude from person at the desk , "well did you do it online?" Like it's 2019 I understand I can sign up for things online, you think I wouldn't do that if it was an option for the student discount?? Anyways. Sign up for 10 pack of classes. Realized quickly that aside from the one substitute teacher I had, I don't like the instructors. Alexia was very rude, unwelcoming, belittling. In her 75 minute class she scolded guests for going into child's pose. I understand you teach a specific type of yoga and specific type of class, but what kind of studio doesn't allow the student to do what works for their body? That's a major part of yoga classes that I truly respect. Alexia reminded a few students multiple times throughout the night, nearly snapping at them to either do as she says or lay in shavasana. I decided to not take her class again. Then took a class tonight, and could barely understand the instructor. Sounded very robotic, like he didn't enjoy teaching whatsoever, and I could only follow the class by following those around me. If I went simply off of what I understood coming out of his mouth, I would've walked out. I have a few classes left in my 10-pack, but I won't be returning. Not worth it.

Alexia is awesome. She is very knowledgeable and kept the class moving. Always attentive and instructive, correcting and improving the students with care.
