After a disastrous experience with a local shop in my town, I was delighted to see a review for fairfield Motorworks in my local town forum on Facebook. I got a quick appointment within a couple days and took my car in Thursday morning. I had wasted an entire day with it at the last shop where they told me there was no issue with the car and they didn't do anytthing to it the whole time it was there. Very frustrating to say the least. Spoke to Chris and communicated my concerns and before I even got to work they were already working on it and keeping me updated. After a few hours the car was finished and I went to pick it up. I had mentioned when i picked it up that I wanted to make an appt to address a check engine light issue that I've had for six months from a prior shops mistake. To my surprise Chris mentioned they saw a sensor was unplugged and that my check engine light was now off! I was given an estimate of $742 from the prior shop to address this issue that FFM found and fixed for me.
Finding a shop well versed in mercedes air suspension is a godsend! Thank you for such great service.

I had a vehicle sent for a pre purchase inspection, they sent me a complete report with all their concerns, from immediate to future, and even took the time to speak to me about the vehicles overall condition and address any concerns I had. They are Very accommodating, professional and courteous.

I’m so glad I found this place. This is my 2nd Mercedes Benz. Before that I had a Infiniti G37. I’ve always been anal about bringing my car to the dealership where it comes from. Don’t get me wrong, where I was going had exceptional service, but I started feeling like I was getting the run around when there was a possibility of my warranty needing to cover an issue . These guys at Fairfield motor works stepped In, contacted them and helped me get the job done for free under warranty. Since then I go to them and only them for my maintence and at a fraction of the cost. They are very knowledgeable of foreign cars. I’ve even seen a G-wagon being serviced there. Choose these Guys trust me !!
