The guy there replaced my battery and threw on a custom back plate for my phone without charging me extra to do so. Great dude. Will be back if I need anymore phone stuff done.

The sound from my phone's speaker was distorted and difficult to hear because of a problem. I brought my phone to Fairfix, and Dima helped me out. It didn't take him long to figure out what was wrong with the speaker, and he fixed it right away. Dima's commitment to doing a thorough job of fixing the problem pleased me greatly. Before I left the shop, he made sure the speaker was working by testing it several times. I was so happy with the service that I asked him to change the battery in my phone, which he did perfectly.

A friend of mine that lives in the area drop of my tablet 3 months ago to get the screen fix and address the issue of tablet being stuck on apple logo screen i have called and each time was told that they fixed the screen but had to send the tablet to another location to get the other issue address as they were not able to. I have been calling with no answer for the last two weeks at this point I just need my device back if they are not able to fix and a partial refund. The lack of communication is quite frustrating at this point I would never recommend this business and will keep leaving bad reviews until someone reaches out to address my issue

I took a tablet with a crack screen that was stuck in the apple logo in January to be fixed. It is now April and while they fix the screen the other issue is still not fixed and every time I call they let me know it is at another location to fix that issue. I have asked numerous time that if they are not able to fix just let me know and give me a partial refund and return my device they keep telling me it can be fixed and they are working on it. still unable to get my device or any updates

DO NOT RECOMMEND - had a cracked iphone screen and although they did fix the crack, the touch screen no longer works and I am unable to get into my phone, cant turn it off or anything else. NOT WORTH THE MONEY YOU SAVE BY GOING HERE.

Only works on hardware, not software issues. Doesn't offer much info or communication skills to help.
