They are thugs. Will try to scam you if you don’t know much about gold, karats or market rate. But once you show them you know about gold n market they will behave. If you want to deal with them try to contact Mike, owner we believe but still be cautious. You should well know current gold price and your jewelry gram-age if you are selling and market rate if you are buying. Think ten times before going there.

Their new store is impeccable, with their usual tasteful jewelry and watch selection. As usual, they are friendly and accommodating, especially when providing quick service for repairs or watch battery replacement. Trumbull just isn't the same without them, but they make Fairfield a better place. We miss you to the max, Fanedos!

Terrible experience I just wanted a battery replaced and he corruptly was forcing me into buying a new watch. Be careful walking in this store he is arrogant and pushy .
