I love this place! I do all of my copying, scanning, etc here, and the employees are kind, helpful, & *patient* with those of us who are not particularly technologically-inclined. Happy to live nearby!

The staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. I needed to add receiver’s phone number to the mail that already had label generated. They offered the option of canceling the original one and recreated a new one with the number added very patiently. Additionally the staff who helped me also prioritized customers needs with full respect and care. There was an old lady needed to purchase some supplies quickly. He processed her purchases first (asked me very respectably if I’m okay with it) and helped me with my request afterwards in timely manner. They have parking outside the store.

I come here several times a month to print, laminate, cut, etc. various items for work and I've always had a really, really great experience with the staff. They always help me figure out the printing machines, give me refunds for mistakes I've made printing, and are attentive when I approach the counter every time.
Honestly, I'm leaving this review because I recently witnessed an awful customer berate an employee for way too long after they were unable to get what they asked for (their request simply wasn't possible), and this was the *second time I witnessed something like this happening in the last two months.
The calm, respect, and composure the staff exhibited towards both customers while they acted extremely rude is likely because this happens often... and I'm sure they're the same people leaving bad reviews here about the staff! Just wanted to show some love as a regular customer who really appreciates the professionalism of this location.

This review is for Mia. The young lady patiently spent an hour with me while I bombarded her with emails that were to large. Eventually I was able to compress the file. She was friendly and patient the entire time.I tried tipping her $20 and she refused due to company policy. I found that offensive. I wish she would’ve taken the tip for lunch. Management won’t allow it.I needed these blueprints to make a bid on a high pressure job by the following Monday.

Fairfield store personnel very unfriendly - every time I walk in no one greets me, have to ask for help because no one offers - very tense atmosphere - terrible environment for customers!
