Warning⚠️ liars and not to be trusted. Don't go here unless you want to waste your time. I booked a 2 pm appointment and waited 3 hours . Work was not complete!!
I have a lifetime alignment on my car the guy wanted to charge me 129 to align a steering wheel. I told him I have lifetime alignment and he said that he understands and the car will just get alignment...but not the steering wheel. However The email(An invoice they send after you leave!) said "alignment" was declined!?!? You see he was trying to charge 129 to align a steering wheel!?!? Trying to get extra money for something paid for... To be clear there was no alignment done at all ! Wtf.. hours of wasting my time for something I paid for in July... ( I want my money back for the alignment service...) These people will waste your days... July 2024 it took 2 entire days for tires because they didn't install valve stems... In March 2025 no service rendered... Only reason I came back because I paid for a lifetime service $200 and I did not get it...!!! Wasted hours and the guy who lied is Ramon....

They do a wonderful job. High labor cost comparatively but customer service exceeds other local locations.

I went in to replace all four tires on my vehicle, as a walk-in on a Sunday morning. I was greeted at the front by Josh, who was very personable and informative and gave me suggestions and feedback to make an informed decision on which tires to choose. Knowing I was a walk-in, I did opt to drop my car off knowing I wouldn’t be first in line and 2hrs later received a friendly call that it was ready for pickup. The service was quick and easy and I’ll certainly be using Firestone again for future services.

I had a great experience with the Firestone Complete Auto Care on Kings Highway in Fairfield. I booked my appt online for new tires, and was able to get an appt the same day. The customer service I received both when I dropped the car off and when I picked it up were excellent. They saved one tire as I'd requested, and did excellent work. I now feel safe on the road (after relocating from a warmer climate, I wasn't prepared for snowy weather!). I plan to use them in the future for oil changes and any other service my Honda needs. I especially liked that there were no unnecessary up-sells. If they find something, they will tell you. They do not try to up-sell you when you walk in the door.

We had a great experience here. They went out of their way to find a rim for my 2012 Jeep and got us back on the road the same day. I highly recommend them.

I brought my 2011 Chevrolet Malibu to Firestone in early October of this year, and I explained to them that my car was currently a FAIL in terms of passing the CT DMV emissions test. I explained that although the vehicle was already 13 years old, I would like to try to get that fixed, as the car was otherwise in pretty good shape. They told me that it would cost almost $900 to fix the problem, and, considering that this 13 year old car had a "blue book" resale value of just around $3000, I really wasn't sure that that would be a good decision on my part to go ahead with that. So I asked the manager there -- or at least I thought he was the manager -- if he could guarantee that these costly repairs would lead to the car passing the emissions test, and he said Yes, he guaranteed it.
Well, once he gave me that guarantee, I decided to go ahead with it. Unfortunately, however, after paying a total of $879 in "repairs" to Firestone, it turns out that my car still couldn't pass the CT emissions test! Are you kidding me?! And then I took another emissions test fairly soon after that just to double-check, but once again the car FAILED the test. I was pretty upset, considering that whatever work Firestone had done on my car was totally useless and worthless. Not so surprisingly, I asked for a full refund of the $879 that I had paid them for these useless repairs, but they just laughed in my face at my request. They looked at me like I must be some kind of nutjob. Wow, what disrespect for their customers! My advice is this: AT ALL COSTS, STAY AWAY FROM FIRESTONE IN FAIRFIELD, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BLOW YOUR MONEY ON USELESS REPAIRS THAT DON'T DO ANYTHING FOR YOUR VEHICLE. ALSO, IF ANYONE AT FIRESTONE EVER SAYS THAT THEY "GUARANTEE" THESE "REPAIRS," DON'T EVER BELIEVE THEM!!!

They kept my car for 4 days and did nothing to it. I’m self employed so I literally just missed out on $800-$1000 for absolutely no reason. Not to mention I’m also missing a couple of things I had in the car that I’m pretty sure that I didn’t take out before I dropped it off. Thanks for nothing, will be taking my business elsewhere next time.

A technician told an old lady that they suspect a wheel bearing is bad but cant confirm which one without replacing all of her tires. If you know anything about cars this is a load of crap. you can easily tell which wheel bearing is bad by checking for movement in each wheel. After I observed them scam this lady they informed me my tires were in need of replacement and they lied about what the tire gauge was reading. they will try to upsell items you don't need as they receive commission.
Update took my wheels off today and they didn't tighten the wheel lock lug nuts at all although i told them the key for them was in the glove box.
