  I would give a 0 if I could.
  the only guy in there did my nails. I asked for almond and thin. he made my nails thick, pointy, uneven, and crooked. When I asked this poor excuse to fix my nails. He starts screaming at the top of his lungs at me. Ranting and raving. Embarrassing me and my mother in front of the entire salon. Then kicked me out with unfinished nails. He treated me this because I am black. They are incompetent and racist. I will be filing a report with the better business bureau as well

  Well, my last experience with them is a shoker.
  Let me say the owner seemed very friendly.
  
  We paid over $200 for 2 mani's and pedi's. The person who worked on my nails rushed through the process. I could not enjoy the $95 pedi, nor the 20 min massage because that was rushed, too. Half the time, this person stared at the clock. Either time wasn't going fast enough, or she did not want to massage one second past the time.
  Then, a customer wasn't happy with the wait, so the young lady working on my nails was sent to someone else. Leaving the owner to finish her job with me and thus adding to my experiencebeing less enjoyable. My mani was rushed and had chunks in the polish. Before leaving, we personally tipped the staff, but the owner did not notice and yelled out in front of all the customers, asking if we tipped. It was quite embarrassing. We probably won't go back.

  My technician, Patricia, was excellent!
  The shoulder massage was relaxing!

  My daughter was going here for a long time before I tried it. I had no idea how amazing it was. So clean, everyone so nice and the nails always come out perfect. Sometimes a wait, sometimes quiet so maybe call ahead.

  Got a gel manicure and it chipped the same day. Went back and the fixed it for free but asked me if I was going to tip the lady who gave me a 2 minute “back massage”. I’d already spent $200 at the salon with for my original service + tip absolutely not I’m not tipping the girl who gave me a “massage” when I’m back there within 24 hours to fix a gel manicure not done correctly

  They get a 3 because my nails are always perfect, that’s due to April. Other than that after today I’ve decided they’ll never get money from me again. The head of the salon, is very friendly until it’s payment time. I have paid different prices every time I go with the price he gives being the most and extremely over priced. I went with two kids and paid almost $200 one kid getting a manicure, one getting a pedicure (a 4 year old!) and me a refill and a pedicure. Then he had the nerve to get mad because I did not leave the amount of tip he wanted. Literally argued with me at the front of the store like I didn’t pay for the services we received. I would love to use the places in my neighborhood but my money will surely go elsewhere!Do better!Services: Pedicure
