I just ran in here for some parts for an old Honda pilot that we have and the team in the parts department was super helpful. The prices were very reasonable and the service was exceptional. This is why whenever I need anything for Honda I just go here, they make it so easy there’s no need to go searching for aftermarket or online options

I always love going to this Honda of Westport Service Center. I always have great experiences when I go. I especially enjoy coming here because of my service adviser Henry. Henry always has outstanding service and always goes above and beyond to get the job done. Henry is always professional, kind, and courteous. I want to thank Henry for always making the process smooth and comfortable.

If I could give zero stars I would. They sold my family an entire set of new rear headlamps which cost $1500, and when brought to another mechanic, was told they were all sealed units and the actual issue was the trunk seal, a $100 issue. Do not trust them, it might seem like they have it all buttoned up, but the second you don’t know anything, they will take advantage of you. Be careful, being your car to a small shop you trust. Thank you

Amazing service! I had a total break down on my trip through Connecticut, and the Honda team at the service center were over the top helpful and understanding of the situation. They did a complete Rush job, and on my way back home through Connecticut, I was able to pick up the repaired car and drive it back home!
My service Rep was Julio, and he and his crew went above and beyond! Thank you for the fast help!

I had an amazing experience at Honda of Westport, and I want to give a huge thank you to Reid for his outstanding service. From the moment we connected, Reid was professional, kind, and truly dedicated to making sure the process was smooth & comfortable.. He went above and beyond to ensure I left with the perfect car for me and my son, and I couldn't be more grateful.
Also, a big shout out to Jeff, the Sales Manager, for all of his time, support, and effort throughout the process. I’m incredibly pleased and thankful — highly recommend this team if you're looking for a stress-free and supportive car buying experience

I purchased my car 3 months ago and it was time to have it serviced, so I dropped it off to Honda Service Center in Fairfield. I thought every thing was find until I had to give someone a jumped and notice my cover was no longer over my engine/ coils. I went back to them the very next morning. No one could find it and I was told they will order a new one and will call me to come in once it arrives. Needless to say a week later I’ve learned they didn’t order it and had no plans on doing so! To top it off, no one called to tell me. So I called this morning 6/15/25 and spoke to the young lady I was dealing with. She told me the service manager said my 2019 Honda Accord LX didn’t come with one! Mind you, when I purchased the car I checked under the hood and know for a fact one was on it! At this moment I’m still waiting on the service manager to give me a call. I will NEVER go back there! They have a worker who took it and they chose not to look into it! I’m sure they have cameras, at least investigate! I have no reason to lies and this is my very first Honda!

I was towed in and drove out 3 hours later, always being told the status of the repairs.
An idiot light would not go off. Kn 5 minutes the light was off and the system was rebooted

Have my car serviced here regularly but today they went above and beyond. I’d bought new wiper blades thinking I’d fit them myself but struggled to do this. Arriving at the Service Center in a frustrated state they swiftly fixed the blades and sent me on my way. Great service !
