“I recently purchased a condominium and renovated the kitchen and two bathrooms. I feel so fortunate to have been directed to Kohler WaterWorks in Fairfield. While Elaine was the sales associate I worked with the most, while she was on vacation and I wanted to finish and order my bathroom accessories, Tennyson was able to jump right in and take me to the finish line. I found everyone so pleasant to work with and cooperative with one another. I couldn’t have been happier with all aspects of my experience with the people and the products at Kohler in Fairfield.”

“Robin Raab of Tile America was so helpful to us. We were trying to replace three cracked marble tiles in our bathroom floor installed 15 years ago using Tile America tiles. Robin was not only able to get into their discontinued computer system to find our old order to identify our tile, but she also recommended a great tile installer ( Good Designs By Bob Danjczek) who did a perfect job getting the old tiles out and installing the new ones in, then cleaning the floor and sealing it so that it looks just like the original. Well done everyone! Thanks.”

“Really well laid out store, with very helpful staff. For some reason choosing tile is like choosing a college for your kids! Staff are so patient, helpful and knowledgeable.”
