She was so incredibly helpful and patient - she helped me think of everything. Robin offered me numerous options based on what I said I was looking for - including different price points. She not only helped with my tile selection, but walked me through choosing all the extra finishes I didn't even know I needed - trims, curb pieces, etc. My tile installer was also thrilled to see that everything needed for the project was delivered and labeled.

The staff at F&D were very helpful: Amanda is a gem, Marshall walked us through what we needed with a great attitude and professionalism, (plus he was totally prepared for our appointment since we followed someone else's advice to make an appointment ahead of time which we too recommend), Cara and Justin were very patient with us(!), plus GianCarlo, (spelling?), a great guy who delivered all the supplies as promised. We used Installation Made Easy through F&D , we were referred to Goodhouse Flooring and they did an excellent job too in the time frame we wanted; it was all completed yesterday. My husband just called and said he returned the unopened boxes of flooring back to F&D and got a full refund for them, again, as promised. Woohoo!”
