“I have been a customer of Fabricare for well over 10 years and have nothing but good things to say. Of course Taniese was great when she was based in Fairfield, kind, courteous and always timely with managing expectations or potential delays do to scheduling. In fact, at one point, my suit pants were lost and without question, considering I could not get the exact match for the jacket, they stepped in and bought me a brand new Brooks Brother's suit! Today with Beth now running the show, she too is second to none. I am a weekly customer and happen to have my office right behind the cleaners, so I am there often. I have a tenedency to be a pretty laid back guy, but I can't say the same for some. I have personally witnessed Beth handling difficult conversations with at times, unreasonable people in their expectations and can't say enough about her calm demeaner and professionalism, working to right any situation to meet the customer's needs. Lastly, considering Beth has ties to Fairfield, she knows and greets customers that I have witnessed, not as clients, but friends, another terrific trait that she has. Overall, a bit pricier than other cleaners that I have used, in my opinion, but cost is only an issue in the absence of value, and there is no shortage of value in dealing with Beth,Taniese & Fabricare. In a commoditized type business, Fabricare stands out amongst the crowd!”

“Had a great experience in this laundromat. Been here quite a few times actually. Was really impressed that on a holiday, the owner of the business was working, but gave his employees the day off. Unusual in this day and age. Everything in there is clean and neat. The equipment is always functioning. And the owner anticipates any needs of the customers keeping a watchful eye in case anybody needs help. Really positive experience and impressed by a guy who knows how to run a business.
It was affordable, QUICK, and really efficient. The owner, Mike, made sure that I actually did not overpay for use of the dryer. He made sure I did not overestimate the time I needed. He was helpful to everybody in the place the same way. And the climate control in there was perfect. Air conditioned, when there’s sweltering heat outside… Can’t really say enough, but glad I chose to go there this morning. When you have choices, knowing that you made the right one is huge!”
