“I have been a customer of Fabricare for well over 10 years and have nothing but good things to say. Of course Taniese was great when she was based in Fairfield, kind, courteous and always timely with managing expectations or potential delays do to scheduling. In fact, at one point, my suit pants were lost and without question, considering I could not get the exact match for the jacket, they stepped in and bought me a brand new Brooks Brother's suit! Today with Beth now running the show, she too is second to none. I am a weekly customer and happen to have my office right behind the cleaners, so I am there often. I have a tenedency to be a pretty laid back guy, but I can't say the same for some. I have personally witnessed Beth handling difficult conversations with at times, unreasonable people in their expectations and can't say enough about her calm demeaner and professionalism, working to right any situation to meet the customer's needs. Lastly, considering Beth has ties to Fairfield, she knows and greets customers that I have witnessed, not as clients, but friends, another terrific trait that she has. Overall, a bit pricier than other cleaners that I have used, in my opinion, but cost is only an issue in the absence of value, and there is no shortage of value in dealing with Beth,Taniese & Fabricare. In a commoditized type business, Fabricare stands out amongst the crowd!”

Bring cash as some machines use quarters ( they have quarter dispensing machines ).
Some washers and dryers use a plastic card that you can buy at the counter.”
“I’ve been coming here for years and find the owner and all his staff very helpful and attentive whenever I have any questions or issues. Most of my problems are simply user error so I appreciate their patience with me. Sometimes there is a machine or two that are out of order but they said they will be getting all new machines soon so I’m excited about that.”
