Terrible customer service. Came to the store 1 hour before closing and the gates were halfway down. Upon entering, the sales people were too busy cleaning up the store to provide customer services. When I asked questions regarding my purchase and return, the staff acted as if it was an inconvenience to provide a response. While checking out, they made no eye contact. When I asked about pricing they were not knowledgeable about the product and had re-ring my items with the appropriate discounts. Will not be coming back.

Agree with the other reviews. The staff, one manager in particular, is pretty rude. The Westport store is better.

What a joke is correct, I went in to make a credit card payment and the lady couldn't be more unhelpful. She apparently couldn't look up or figure out my balance for the entire 5 seconds she tried and acted put out rolling her eyes , huffing and puffing and shrugging. I have to say the loft in Fairfield is full of themselves, just about every sales associate I've had to interact with in there acts stuck up. Milford is better.

What a joke. Walked in and no greeting or acknowledgement from two ladies who stood around talking instead of WORKING! Did not offer help or anything. I walked out after a few minutes. Place was dead like their personalities.

Honestly, the store staff has gone downhill. Don't expect great or even good customer service. Still great finds and worth going to, but I'd recommend taking a friend to help you if you need something
