I love when my doctor calls in a script, I show up a half hour later, am told to come back in an hour. Then, after coming back an hour and a half later (figured I'd give them a buffer), it's still not ready and I'm told to wait 15 more minutes. Zero respect for other peoples time. I'm the only customer in line, you have 4 techs behind the counter. Pathetic.

AWFUL customer service!! Did not communicate to doctor or us that they were out of stock for pain prescription post surgery until we arrived to pick it up. Too late in the day to switch to another pharmacy. Called at 9am next morning and was put on hold for 20 minutes. Finally spoke to someone and they said it would my be ready until 12:30PM. Arrived at 12:40 and still not ready. Don't use them. We rarely need prescriptions, but when we do items important they are ready when needed. I'm giving my business to Black Rock Pharmacy!!

ZERO STARS! This pharmacy staff does not like customers standing in their line?! I was the only person in line and there were 2 females and one tall bald male in a white coat behind the counter. Not one of them acknowledged me - no hello, I'll be right with you - no smiles - NOTHING. One female was hiding in back behind a computer - sounded like the pill counter was on, the other female was separating some sort of plastic, and the man in the white coat was stocking stuff on the shelves. All 3 of them saw me and I was completely ignored for over 10 minutes. I left with no prescription and will never use that CVS store again. Absolutely inexcusable to ignore customers!!!! Also not the first time this has happened at this store on the corner of Black Rock Tpke and Jennings Road.

Stopped in to get a flu shot and it was quick, easy and pain free. This is a very busy pharmacy but it was very quick to get in and out. My one gripe with this site is that parking can be quite a challenge. The employees were very nice and quick to assist.

I would give ZERO starts if I could. Pharmacist working was extremely rude and refused to refill my prescription with another generic because my prescription specified a specific generic, simply because he "personally didn't feel comfortable". I explained to him that I am going on a business trip and I need to fill my prescription today, otherwise I would be able to wait and he still refused. So ridiculous. Miserable person, could not sympathize, never going to this pharmacy ever again.

I have been going to this pharmacy for nearly 15 years. We live right around the corner so it's convenient and until recently competent. Quality of staff has dropped dramatically in the last year or two. The best example follows: I spent months getting weird prescription prices once I switched over to my husband's policy - I had given them the card info. I was scrambling to find GoodRx coupons to afford my medications. Denise, the only competent person left in the pharmacy, finally caught it and went through it all. CVS had to refund me nearly $200 for overcharging me by not using my husband's insurance! There is NO customer service, outside of Denise. It's a real shame.

Very friendly pharmacy staff but can count up to five times that I've called the pharmacy and been on hold for over 15 minutes.

Very friendly team in every area of the store. The pharmacists are great and really take the time to answer your questions. Most recently my doctor messed up a prescription and they took the time to work through the issue with me and my doctor to get the right equipment and return the incorrectly ordered version. When you have a newly diagnosed condition, the last thing you want to do is have to deal with negative experiences. These guys really helped make sure I was taken care of. Thanks I'm headed there today so I can get the pharmacist's name to add to this review.
