I got a ‘showroom’ new lex with the awesome help of Anthony Faustini(hope I spelled his name correctly) he had me at hello! Stayed w me until I got the keys in my hand. Thank you and thanks to the finance gentleman. I’ve been talking about Anthony F and his service since Saturday 10/6/25! Thanks again I’m ecstatic.

If you decide to go to a Lexus dealership for service, DON’T let it be this one. Charged a diagnostic fee & the cause was never found after 2 attempts with the dealership. Save your money and go elsewhere. Lack of professionalism & quality of work there.

Been here few times to get my GX serviced. Jeff King has always been pleasant to deal with. He goes out of his way to make sure you’re in/out asap and always transparent with the updates. Best of all, it’s obvious he’s a real car enthusiast. Thanks Jeff!

Don't trust them! Brought my car there 2 twice for service and both times I was charged for fluid top off and they didn't top off anything! Nor did they set the tire pressure! You would think they would at least do that considering you can see what the pressure is at right on the dash! I emailed the service manager twice and received no response. Sucks I have to drive an extra 25 minutes to East Haven for service after I bought the car from this dealership. I don't trust them so I'm not paying their $225 an hour labor rate! Do better Joe! Absolute joke! Then they wonder why people don't bring their cars in for service at the stealership

Easy to get a service appointment. Loaner cars available, when needed. Comfortable waiting area. Dependable service, but at Lexus prices. Jeff is incredible service manager.

I was quoted a price of $1,700 to replace 4 tire sensors. I brought my car to a local mechanic who replaced all 4 sensors for $380.

I wanted to take a moment to commend Kris Brown for his exceptional service during my last visit. He is incredibly kind and professional, always patient, and makes my experience in the service department much smoother. Kris is a no-nonsense individual who brings tremendous value to his role.
Additionally, both Kris and Michael have consistently provided outstanding service, significantly contributing to my continued loyalty to the Lexus dealership of Fairfield & Westport. As a customer, my experience is paramount, and these two gentlemen consistently go above and beyond to ensure I feel welcomed and comfortable with the process of getting my RCF serviced.

At my 20,000 service I was told that I needed 4 new tires as my treads were worn to 3/32…I took my car for a second opinion only to discover that my treads were at 6 or 7/32 and new tires are not needed now. I thought that I could trust my local dealership. Apparently, I cannot. Very disappointing from a brand that prides itself on quality of service.

I have had several good experiences - service managers are polite, accommodating, and will take the time to explain any issues and remedies. Which is why I was taken back as today I called in to inquire as a service is no longer available on my car and LIZ was a little to audacious with her tone and response with me. If 1 out of 2 of your “solutions” is to buy a new car in an annoyed tone, anyone would be taken a back. Do better Liz, your customers genuinely have questions and concerns and if I'm discussing a potential safety concern, having a GENUINE response versus being flippant gives the illusion to your customers that you actually care, even if you don’t Liz.

I brought my car in for a recall and other issues were discovered and repaired quickly and at a fair price. Everyone there is professional and polite and I can’t say enough good things about Jeff. He ensured that everything went smoothly and a loaner car was available and communication was great.

I own an LC500 and I went to the dealership to replace my break pads. Afterwards I notice that they curbed my front right wheel BADLY almost completely around the whole wheel. Not only that but the caliper pin wasn't installed correctly and fell out while I was driving causing further damage to the wheel and chipped the power coat on the break caliper. After the dealership realized what they did, they determined the damage they caused would be too expensive to fix properly and would opt for a cheap fix. They offered to mend the break caliper powder coat with an old can of red paint and their two attempts to fix the curbed rim were laughable and the rim still looks damaged. There is zero quality control and the employees don't care. There isn't anything else I can do to convince them to do the right thing so all i can do is go to a different dealership. I still feel horribly wronged by them and genially hope they go out of business to save people from this hardship and reward dealerships that care. New
