Penfield Service Center is a friendly and honest mechanic in Fairfield County. The guys are very friendly and helped fast and professional. The center has worked on Jeep Wrangler, Grand Cherokee and both cars since 2016 and 2019, delivering good work and excellent workmanship. Flat tire is fixed fast, even on long trip from Long Island to Fairfield, with tire put back on car and donut packed away for $20. Battery problem is solved in 15-20 minutes and vehicle out running. The guys give advice on maintenance and specific services and they listen to concerns when calling. Reviews say the service is generally good, with a few hiccups that give pause, but they keep going back and highly recommend this place. The center delivers above and beyond expectations and earns 5 stars.
