If it were possible to give zero stars, I would.
As I type this it is two days before Christmas. They had one cashier working. It took me 15 minutes to get checked out.
That is unacceptable.
Store is dirty and unattractive and products are overpriced.
I will not be back to this store.

I brought my dog here twice and still didn't get her haircut/trim together. The second time my dog came out of there she acted as if she was scared, she wasn't herself for like an hour. Really weird. I'm going back to the bridgeport office. Horrible service.

Great selection of products and helpful staff on my most recent visit. Not giving 5 stars because I’m concerned about the ferrets I saw for sale when in the store this weekend and hoping this review is seen by someone at Petco.
One of the ferrets in the enclosure could barely walk - he was wobbling and tipping over. When he stretched up to put his front paws on the glass of the enclosure, he toppled over backwards and couldn’t get back up. Would be nice if someone could check on their well-being.

The workers help a lot that I like, I don’t give it the 5 stars because whenever I go they try to sell me things that I don’t need and sometimes I don’t even buy something for not buying another product

I have to say please allow people to buy the pet fish for sale. There is a lot of resistance especially from Jason who makes everyone feels like a fish killer. He said to me that if buy any chance the fish died that I cannot come ever to the store and they would never sell me any pet fish. My question is why put pet fish for sale if you don't want to sell them. I did not appreciate the comments he made to me.

I recently brought my Springer Spaniel to be groomed at Petco Fairfield for the first time. Her groomer, Aaliyah, was excellent!! She asked me a number of questions so we could talk upfront about the cut I was picturing, and then she executed flawlessly and in record time. My dog walked in to Petco looking totally disheveled and left looking like a show dog!

Great pet store with a wide variety of options. It's a little pricey but seems to have quality products, wide selection, and a discount program. The animals in the store seem well taken care of, and it's fun being allowed to bring your pet inside. ?

I very much recommend this store, it's very convenient and caring, all staff are there for your assistance, never missing out, its such a good marketing because I always shop here for my bird, it's such a recommended spot to shop in, you never miss out any deals!
